Commander's Thoughts
-Greetings Horneteers, Time for the Hornet Report one more time. We still have many competitions running which are listed in the Imperial Academy Comp Listings, but I will list the standings for each below. We really need to make an all out effort this month so Hornet can place high in the standings. We have had excellent activity once again so allow me to tell you all job well done. Squadron News:
- Our competitions(see above for current standings) has begun. There are lots of medals up for grabs so lets get to it.
-Squadron nicknames, mottos, and Message Board Colors still up for discussion for one more week then I make a few changes on my own as of yet I have received one email regarding ideas or suggestions.
-We now have 46 citations so keep it up..oh by the way that’s the most on the Vanguard…YEAH!!!!
-We really need to get some recruits for our squadron as they count for major points not to mention help us fill our empty spots so try to find some people wherever you can find em.
-CM Khaland transferred to Omega Squadron…Hate to see you go Khaland but we all wish you the best.
-Optimus has been promoted to the rank of Commander…Way to go!!!
-Lots of medals awarded for you guys excellent activity and efforts in helping me rebuild Hornet and here they are: CM Lasitter-ISM, LCM Jensen-PC, CM Goad-PC, LT Stryker-PC, CM Optimus-Promo to CM and a PC, LT Grimlock-ISM…Good Job Guys!!!!

Wing/Ship News:
-Lets all pull together and hit the points for the SCIV big time this weekend, the Vanguard is still has a good chance to win it. We are currently in second but we are coming up on their heels fast. Lets get it going and score some major points this week.

Battlegroup News:
-The ASF Supremacy Competition is still on, lets get those points up to support the Vanguard!!!!
- -There is a new wargame coming out! Imperial Storm III ! The official webpage is here: http://www.emperorshammer.net/wo/is3/. The VA wants the ASF to do well in this wargame and so this is a perfect time for the SC as we will be at our most active time of participation and allow us to buy more ships and craft in the wargame.
