Welcome to Vav Squadron report #2

Intro, word from the CMDR
--------------------------------------
Word.
This report is a little shorter than the last one - sorry -, but I've
just found out about a multiplayer game AI programming contest
(http://akarra.quakeshit.com/l33twar/, for those interested) and I've
basically been trying lots of things to learn how their dll interface
works and been doing some basic pathfinding all of today, so the time
for the report was cut short a little... ;)

News
-------
- The first round of the Wing III vs. Wing IV competition is over!
Unfortunately only Cray and me flew for it... :/ Wake up and email me,
everyone!
- Var, Cray and me have voiced their interest in playing JK2 together...
further details will be discussed during the Wing meeting today.
- CM Lavos has joined Vav! Welcome to the verteran squadron, Lavos!
- Cray has flown XWA-DB #1! Nice!
- Var's away over the weekend
- I want *everyone* from Vav Squadron who recieved this report to email
me... we recently discovered Cray wasn't on the Wing's mailing list and
I don't want anyone else to get lost!
- Still nothing from Seth, I will mark him as inactive if there's no
lifesign from him by the end of next week
- A pretty silent week... :(

Things that need to be done
----------------------------
- We're involved in no competitions at the moment! As you're already
emailing me anyway, wouldn't it be a great idea to include what you'd
like to be doing next? (anything's possible)
- The flights are sitll without mottos and nicks
- Aeishline started a nice associations competition you all should have
heard about over the list, what about participating? I'm sure there are
lots of possible connections between wookie, black hole and star
destroyer!
- Do whatever you enjoy most, email me and get ready for the next
competition!

- JK2 editing tools have been released! I downloaded them, but have yet
