Hi everyone,
i`m now officially placed as your new CMDR and so we can start now :)
I`m new aboard the Vanguard and in the ASF, so give me a bit of time to work myself into the standards and to find my way to the toilets and the hangar ;)
News
New Echo CMDR, thats me :)
Well, i started an AWOL check to see who is with me, until today i got a reply from LT Ender mBind, LT Noah Qarni and CM Tierce. The check is running until the 8th March, the ones who don`t reply to me until then are declared AWOL and will be kicked to the M/FRG Phoenix. That so far.
LT Ender mBind designed a new Homepage for the Squadron, it will be viewable in the roster as soon as it is reviewed. But excellent work Ender !!!

We are down to 17 Citations, so see if you can complete the XvT Battles 1-10 if you don`t have them already completed.

Competitions
First, i will set up some internal flying Competitions, to make it a bit more attractable to complete some Battles :)
Second, when the AWOL check is over and the roster is a at 7 or better 8, i will start some negotations with other Squadrons to see if we can kick some of their asses.
Third, i will post some Questions on the Messageboard for a little trivia Competition and it will not be useless to show there some extra activity (/me winks with a shinny thing ;) )

This is the place were i tell you my personal views and my oppinions.
First of all, thanks for the warm welcome here.
I`m new in the ASF, i will bring myself into it as good as i can. I`m looking forward to have a great time with all of you and of course a lot of fun.
I will try to bring Echo back to it`s former glory. But i also bring in my own style of leadership. I don`t see any problems in it and i`m also flexible.
I decided to change the Squadrons Motto and Nickname, any ideas and submissions go to me. Also from the Flight Leaders, you can change your Nicks and Mottos too. Also, the Banner of Echo is very impressive, but to large, i will set up a Competition for designing a new one, leaning on the new Motto and Nick.
