Would the Real Odin Recruiting man please stand up?
Well, the fight is on for some recruiting
medals. LT Z'Harm Kelh Gasu'lk has recruited 3 new people from the Zone and
they are in training now as we speak. All 3 plan to request their 1st
assignment with Odin. LT Faliaj Shai is going the extra mile and
has placed recruiting posters and flyers in his local movie theater. Plus he
got TieCorps.org business cards to hand out. Last I heard from him, he had
gotten 6 calls so far. If he can get 1 out of 10 calls to join, he is going to
become the leader of the pack in recruiting. Once we get the Odin Recruiting
page done, we are going to be a major factor in recruiting for the Grey Wolf!
New Odin Web sites in progress! – Live this weekend!
LT Z'Harm Kelh Gasu'lk’s new Odin web site is progressing. With any luck, we will go live this weekend. Now with a new web site on the raise, I wanted to see if everyone wants to make a new Banner or new Motto or something? I want everyone in Odin to send me a response with your opinion. Have a Comp for new Motto and Banner or Keep the one we have? This is a rare chance to give your choice and let you voice be heard. I will not do this often!
MSE are complete
I have
completed the Monthly Squadron Evaluation for February. The level of activity
was VERY HIGH. Even CPT ATX flew in a MP comp this month! I am very proud and
happy to see everyone being so activity and doing something to improve the
Squadron or the Corps as a whole. Only one thing I think we can improve on as a
Squadron. That is communication. Be sure that you e-mail your FL and me if you
do anything related to the Corps. I can’t give you credit if I don’t know about
it. One e-mail a week with your activity is all I ask for. Send it by Thursday
night and It goes in you ATR (Activity Record) and into the WSR.

Our Main Focus!
To increase
activity and recruiting is our main focus this week. We now have 5 Citations! 2
more than last week! Most of our members have either XvT or XWA and in some
case both. I want to see everyone that has this games fly battles TC 1-20. I
have begun working on XWA since that is my newest game. I got 1-9 done to far.
Just waiting on VA Khadgar or some one to process the PLT’s files for me. I got
1-20 done on XvT TC already.
