Todays topic: ASF SCIII after one week
I cannot find words to describe Your activity, because outstanding is only insignificant word in comparison with Yours achievements.
We are one of leading squadrons in ASF SCIII. Now we race against Odin squadron, but i now that winner could be only one - Crusaders !.
So in next week we'll must keep activity on this high level, and even better ( for example me :P)
I asked our citation officer - LCM Panaka for preparing on next week plan to achieve over 15 new citations, so pls fly this battles which he show.

Mission near Kessel, Part I
Three Imperial Star Destroyers were holding steady near Kessel. “Intrepid”, “Vanguard” and “Grey Wolf” have been forming Emperor’s Hammer strike fleet – proud of whole Empire. Around have been blazing black holes gases. Their look has been causing delight mixed with horror, that something like that can exist. That black hole cluster was strange place for imperial ships. But this time it wasn’t a standard mission.
Admiral Cyric turned his look back from huge distortion of black hole and looked at three other persons were in the room onboard Grey Wolf – ASF flag ship. VA Pel, VA mBind and VA Khadgar gave the glance back.
-So… - started AD Cyric – how you can see, it won’t be easy
Khadgar perturbed himself. His voice was a mirror of his face.
-Yes sir… that is very risky
-I have to agree with admiral - VA mBind spoke – We can lost our ships!
-I know that we can’t send there any ISD… - on Cyric’s face appeared uneasy smile.
-So what we can do? - this time it was Pel’s voice.
-One thing is sure - we have to get there. – Cyric seemly wasn’t happy about that – GA Ronin won’t accept our fail. – he came to the table and pour oneself a glass of corellian whisky. In the room reigned silence. Everybody were looking at walls or floor and thinking about the future. After a minute Khadgar interrupted it.
-If we can’t send there any ISD, so how we will get there? – embarrassed, he combed his white hair by fingers.
-The only choice is to send shuttle with stormtroopers and group of our the best pilots in starfighters as a cover. – VA mBind looked at Cyric for agreement.
-We don’t know fighters will survive force of gravity… – Cyric knew that they have no other choice. -We have to ask someone, who is informed in this things.
Cyric got to the control panel and called LC Azazel. When his face appeared on the monitor AD said:
- Az, please send CPT Drako and CPT Hev to me.
Az seemly was baffled but only said “Yes sir” and has disconnected. After several minutes captains came in. They were surprised to see all commodores inside. As a members of Propaganda Office they has often met with BG COM but never with all COMs at once. They looked at Cyric.
-You called us, sir? – asked Drako
-Yes. You are engineers. I and admirals have question to you about our starfighters.
-Fighters? What about them? – Hev was surprised just like Drako.
-Exactly we want to know how durable for gravity’s force are they and which is the most durable?
Drako and Hev looked each at other.
-How strong is this gravity?-asked Hev
-Let say… black hole’s gravity - said VA Pel. This words were a totally shock for captains.
-Well… fighters aren’t adapted for strong gravity’s forces. Shields gives nothing in this case. – said Drako which tried to stay calm.
-You see, shields disperse lasers energy and can protect hull from space junk but gravity is nothing physical. In this case hull’s durability is important not shields. – added Hev
-All TIEs are dropping out. Maybe TIE Defender, but I really don’t think it is so durable. I would say that only Assault Gunboat’s hull is so durable. Of course only if we’re not too close to the black hole. This are only guesses. I don’t know how strong gravity they can held. Sure is that I wouldn’t risk to check it up.-Drako smiled. He looked at admirals. Pel was perturbed, mBind was thinking about something, Khadgar looked like he is sleeping and Cyric was seemly unhappy about that what he herd.
-Well, thank you for your lesson. You are free. –said Cyric. When captains left the room, he looked at his companions. All of them were holding full glass of whisky now. He sighed loudly and turned to the window where in view were black holes. When he spoke his voice was tired.
-So we know everything now. Now go and choose six the best pilots in ASF.
-Yes sir. – all admirals saluted and then quit.
Cyric was still standing next to the window. He knew that this pilots will be probably dead next evening. But he knew that he has no other choice. He looked last time at the black hole cluster where was hidden research facility which GA Ronin wanted to get. Facility, where were created both Death Stars and terrify Sun Crusher. Surely Rebel forces will appear soon and he will has more problems on his head. “We have to hurry” he thought. Cyric sighed again and went to his quarters to get some sleep until next hard day.
