Squadron News
-Another departure this week, this time yet another great officer and one of the most active lately. It's always sad to see such fine officers leaving, and we hope he returns soon if he feels like it. He resigned the EH altogether but promised to stay in touch. So LCM Dash Riprock...May the Keg be with You! We will miss you a lot pal.
-Stalker's CMDR, Marcus Constantine Augustus III has sent me a mail after the NYC tragedy last week. We can consider Kappa vs Stalker as currently on hold, as he took an emergency leave and Stalker is almost inactive due that (as he told me the 11th) half of his family worked in the Manhattan business center very close to the towers, and he confirmed that half of them were safe, while the rest he couldn't contact. There's been no further contact with him, so I have no further info. All of our prayers are with Marcus for the safety of his relatives.
-LCM Tim is currently working on a site for RA Proton's comp, building a new Sov site. He also will probably work with Tempest on the graphics, and he has some neato ASP thingees. I'm the current president of the "Tim for Sov Webmaster" campaign, so here you dummy random Kappan, make yourself useful and tie that banner to that tall stormtrooper there. -Kappa's First Ever Bachelor Party is ON!!! Even when the guy we'll throw the party for is already on his honeymoon...:p Congratulations to our RL newlywed Pedro "LT Razor"! Go Raz!! *Roasty hires the troupe of the Moulin Rouge Squadron girls to spice up the party*
-LCM Hermann is sad, depressed and a bit eager to get some easy money from dumb newcomers, all this for the reduction of our roster so he's already working on some recruiting. Follow his example and get us a couple of new SLs.

-Vanguard COM Sought
I am currently opening applications for the position of Commodore of the ISD Vanguard here in the ASF.
The Vanguard is currently has the highest amount of active pilots in the ASF with 57.
What I request is that all applicants have:
At least WC experience or better
Good working knowledge of XvT and XwA
Have a good understanding of MP tactics and SP tactics
Have good understanding of SP Missions/battles
Have a good understanding of the CoC/AoW's/mIRC/Icq
Must have the ability to be active and administrate the functions of 57 pilots
Must be friendly and cooperative with all members of the ASF :)
Good recruitment abilities :)
Plus the requirements from the Flight Office for the position of COM.

Lieutenant Strahl has created an armband that fits on TC Uniforms to honor the memory of those who had fallen victim to the recent terrorist attack in America which claimed the life of Cadet and Hunter (BHG) Nero Fel along with the friends and family of many other EHers.
Also, if anyone knows the whereabouts of my Command Attaché Admiral Jarak, please let me know.

I'd rather not have to speak of this, because it is hard enough on all of us, but if you would happen to know of any of our members lost in these terrible attacks or perhaps one of your family members were lost. If you do know of anyone that died in these attacks, I would like to convey my very deepest condolences. The day it happened, it was the worest thing that I have ever seen, and would NEVER want to see this happen again!
