PHANTOM SQUADRON REPORT #32 22/09/01


SQUADRON NEWS:
-CPT Werdna retired from Phantom CMDR to the Reserves. He was a great CMDR,
who raised this squadron from the ashes to the fighting force that it is
today. He shall be remembered for a long time.
-CPT Gunman (me!) took command of the squadron. He's been through a slow
start, which would have been slower without the help of Darksaber, Gidda,
and Spearhawk, so give them a big hug :P
-LCM Marek was appointed as my replacement as new FL of flight 3. Deimos,
Spearhawk, show the same respect you did me. (Spear: You mean none? :P)
-LCM Mark is the new XO. Anytime i go on leave, he's in charge.
-LCM Rollins went on leave to recover from the dreadful events that happened
recently on the US. Don't worry, Rollins, justice is on the way!

SQUADRON STATUS:
-The phase 1 of the ECR comes to an end. So far, I've only received fictions
from Mark, Deimos, Nuno, Rollins, Spearhawk, and myself. ATTENTION/WARNING:
DON'T SEND ANY MORE FICTIONS TO ME! FROM THIS POINT ON, IF YOU CAN SEND THEM
BEFORE 18:00 CET, 12:00 EST, OR 17:00 GMT, SEND THEM DIRECTLY TO COM TORAN
AT NOFEAR@htp-tel.de . This also applies to anyone who I forgot and his name
is not in the above list.
-Make no mistake. Such a low level of activity can not be tolerated, and
there might be disciplinary actions in the future for this.

Comment: Nuno has shown a great activity for someone who started recently.
Although sometimes holding the world record of lag on IRC, he always kept
making questions about the ECR fiction, showing great level of interest, and
still managed to complete 3 battles this week. When the ECR comes to an end,
all this shall be remembered.

also CMDR of Gal Squadron on DB, he is more excused for low activity then
the rest of you.
