Pilot of the Week
This weeks Pilot of the Week is LCM Carl Starr who has taken the time to fly battles that others have flown already in an attempt to win us some more Battle Citations! While we are still needing much more participation in this area, his efforts to win us more have set him ahead of the rest of the pilots in his dedication to make the squadron better. Well done Carl! I hope others will follow his initiative and do the same as the end of the month draws near on this Battle Citation Comp in Wing V!
Wing V vs. Wing I Comp
Like the Battle Citation Comp, the end of the month draws near for the Wing Comp as well against Wing I. Time to show these immature, non-skilled pilots of Wing I how great we are in Wing V! I have had only a couple of submissions for this comp from Samekh so far, so lets get to it and get TC-TIE #163 flown before the 30th!
Activity
Well, it started out slow, but the last couple days of the week really showed some impressive activity, especially from a couple of pilots that until recently had been plagued by some RL issues. Things are starting to come together, but we still have a couple of pilots that haven’t been checking in or reporting any kind of activity. FL’s need to get after your pilots and see what is going on so that we can stimulate further activity. ;)
AWOL Check!
The following pilots have until June 30th to report in to me or risk being removed from the TIE Corps roster permanently: LT Tark Tanar and LT Zach.
Change of Addy
LCM Soontir Fel has fixed his recent email problems by changing to a new server. His new email address is baronsoontirfel@web.de
Competition participation
Wing V has a number of competitions going on for the month of June, and so far Samekh’s overall participation has been negligible, so lets get those pilot files in and show Wing V that Samekh still supports our Wing and our Wing Commander!
Recruiting
We are still in need of new pilots gentlemen. Let’s go get those new recruits pilots! ;) We only need three more pilots and we will be a full squadron again!

Wing V vs. Wing I Comp
June 1st - June 30th , Wing V vs. Wing I:
-- Fly TC-TIE Battle #163.
-- Laserless scoring.
-- Average laserless score of each wing's top 12 scoring pilots will determine the wing
winner.
-- Top scorer in each wing will receive IS-SW; runnerup in each wing, IS-BW.
-- Pilot files due by June 30th at the latest.

We have a winner! Well done Sasquatch who drew the winning entry based on design for the new SovMan identity! Personally I think Sas could have kept with the Pink Pajamas motif, but the overall design was still great! Way to go Sas!
