on! I've only received the pilot file from one person! And remember, this is
interactive, everyone counts. If no one plays it, the mission bombed. If people
do well, it's good, the Vanguard gets saved, yea! And besides, this mission you
fly in Echo squadron! So get flying!!

First: Even though we are the MP ship in the
fleet, we could have at least some squad citations to our names no? At
least all the XWA ones for our ship. Maybe one per pilot every 2 weeks? I
plan to implement an incentive to this to get you out there...
I will hold a SP competition for the whole wing every 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks I will choose an XWA battle (TC, IW or Free) and there will be medals for the top scorer. I will not participate in them...I will just be the judge of them. I plan to get the first one of these competitions off the ground in the next week. So warm up your forearms and trigger fingers...

-I will have a training night with all the cmdrs of each squadron to bounce off tips, tricks, and also just to have fun.
-These cmdrs will then in turn train with their pilots and help out the rookies and the in-experienced.
-Then we will all feel comfortable to play in MP then we'll start showing up more at events...
CMDR: I am already prepared to give squadron training. Anyone who wants training, just catch me online or send me an email, and we'll arrange it.

that's so that everyone has fun and all. Echo Squadron will strictly adhere to
these guidelines. So I expect activity from EVERYONE. If you don't think you
have time anymore to fly a bit, you might consider the reserves until you have
time. The TIE Corps is supposed to be fun!

Okay, EIM is going! It
takes around 8 minutes to play, and involves Echo squadron, and I don't know
what else to say...again only Glorick flew the mission. You have one week to fly
the mission and write fiction if you want.
