Praetorian is currently on the look out for pilots who deem themselves worthy of Elite status. This mail is part of a recruitment process that will help us to find the right pilots for the job of Protecting the ID flagship and it's crew.

We would like to invite you on a trail to this end, the competition of which could earn you entrance into a fantastic new career in the TC. One which could eventually help you to become a CMDR or Flag officer

* This week I sent out an evaluation, and your task was to evaluate me. Three good things, three less good things about me and how I handle things. Here's my response to your evaluations:

First of all, the yourname@praetorian.ca mail address and why that is mandatory. Unity. Why do we have the same kind of uniform? Why do we fly the same kind of craft? Because it represents unity. And as an elite squad that we are, unity is important! And not to mention it's convinient.

Secondly, competitions and how that is handled. According to the evaluations you would like me to push you more to get things done. I would push you more to get things done if this was a non-elite squadron, but since it's not, should I really have to push you? Shouldn't you be capable of taking care of your duties without having me on your back? Personally I hate it when someone reminds me to do things that I'm well aware of over and over again. So take a moment and think about this one.

It also seems you want more competitions. Since Praetorian isn't running on full capacity (as in Starn and Scoser is away), I don't want to take on other squadrons. However! Since you asked for it, I'll be setting up a Praetorian only competition soon!

Third, e-mails aka spam in Praetorian. Lately it's been rather quiet around here, not much mail activity which is a shame. This is my fault, but not entrirely is it? I say we make a team effort and raise some noise around here, because right now we're acting a little too much on our own.

If you're uncertain about anything, mail me and we'll sort it.
