Shin Squadron report for July 15, 2001 - CM Powerslave


SQUADRON NEWS

As you all know, CM Mage was put in the reserves (M/FRG Phoenix if I am not mistaken :P), leaving me as CMDR. This is my first report as CMDR of Shin (w00t).
In other news, thanks to LCM Mark Schueler and LT Roulex, Shin has new nicks and mottos!

SQUADRON STATUS

I was looking at the roster the other day, and, to my amazement, I saw that we have 3 (!) citations! WE NEED MORE! FLY FLY FLY! I will announce each week (or less) a battle for you to fly.


PROMOTIONS/MEDALS


None (for now). I will make a medal request soon, and a promotion is being considered (you know who you are!).


ACTIVITY REPORTS


CM Powerslave:

Spoke a lot on IRC,
Submitted new Squadron nicks and mottos,
Flew DB-TIEs #1 and #2, FREE-TIE #24, and TC-TIE #133,
Finally completed SHIVERS 2: HARVEST OF SOULS. YAY! Now
he can go back to playing THE SIMS :P

LCM Mark Schueler:

Spoke a lot on IRC,
Gave me new squadron mottos and nicks,
Flew TC-TIEs #173 and #175


LT Blitz Degal:

No activity at all. I think Mage said he would leave


LT Roulex:

Spoke with him a little on IRC,
Gave me new nick and motto for Flight III,
Flew TC-TIEs #10 and #138


LT Seth Crimson:

I haven't heard anything from him,
LCM Mark says he helped him get in IRC...we'll see.



LT TK-6448:

He hasn't contacted me directly,
He's only sent messages to the Wing VI mailing list
