In the early morning hours, local time, satellites in high orbit around the industrial world of Firaxon detected a sizable fleet from Task Force Doom dropping out of hyperspace and taking up orbital positions around the planet. Groundside observers identified the following ships present:

- ISD-II Immortal
- A/FRGs Annihilator, Juggernaught, Overlord, Peyote & Basilisk
- INT Gearjammer

instead.
To install it, simply copy the file into your main XWA folder
(making sure to move the original to another location). Once this is done, you
can now pilot every ship in the game!

ended today, and with that XWA WoWs has started. So start

Wing News:
Well, the link to the Vanguard homepage is down (at least for me anyway) and Our WC has had a few troubles with his PC. many promos this week on the ship including 2 from Echo
Myself from CM to CPT and LT Dager to LCM Dager. Congrats!
Also, our ship is at 50 peeps so thats quite a bit, almost the biggest one in the fleet. Looking good guys!
Squadron news:
Ok, this is where the good stuff goes. For those of you who may not know, myself, LT Blair Vallyn and LCM Dager have been working on our very own missions for XWA and are running a little squad comp every month for the best fiction based on the mission and the best high score. IS-BW for the best flyer and IS-BR for the best writter. I will also be participating in these and I will not be the judge. I will ask everyone to send me their pilot files and fiction and i will be forwarding them to our WC and our Com. and they will take care of judging. A help file is included in the zip that I will send as well and if you have any trouble with installing the mission, please ask myself or our new XO (I'll get to that in a second). you will have 2 weeks to fly and create fiction. The fiction isn't a must but like all things. it will count towards activity points so it's best to do so as well. It can be as long or as short as you like. It's participation I'm looking for. Same as the flying. I want everyone to fly this. You can fly on any difficulty you want and even invincible but I want to get a pilot file.
Second thing to mention is the new XO position. I hace discovered that I really need this cause I can't be everywhere all the time and also with my PC crashing it's imperative that someone carry the squad until I get back. So if ever that happens we'll still have a running squad. I got 3 applicants and it was hard to choose between you all cause you all are very good pilots. So here is my decision. Drum rolls...
LT Blair Vallyn is our new XO. Congrats. He just edged by the other applicants and I'm sure you'll do well. He's what I want the rest of the squadron to do. if you don't do it, you are only hurting yourself if ever I'm away.
I want LT Blair to be CC in all matters. So if you are sending me a pilot file, CC him in it. If you have LoCs or a uniform you have completed, CC him as well. In the even that I am unable to fullfill my duties as cmdr, he will be able to carry the squad. Further duties for LT Vallyn have already been disclosed to him. Good luck LT and to the rest of the pilots, please follow through on my requests. I want Vallyn to get as much exp as possible.
