"Trachery near Elonia"
-Crusader 3, you're too close! - shouted Wiesio and made tight turn.
-Calm down man, i control situation. - pilot evaded enemy blasts and released two heavy rockets. - Crusader 3! Fox 2! - all fighters tried to escape from explosion blast and shockwave. Two X-Wings died in balls of fire, but Crusaders were save. But rebel platform was still intact.
-Where the hell is Flight one!!! - screamed Drako.
-More fighters comming!! FLight 3, move to intercept!! - ordered "Kaczy" and locked one of incoming A/Wings. He fired advanced missile, but his computer alerted with female voice of his girlfriend "Warning! Incoming missile! Time to hit: 3 second". Marcin grined and thought: "On no, man. You won;t fire time me with this red shit". He knew his T/A perfectly and he knew he won't escape if it's advanced missile. He made few tight turns but missile was still tracking him.
-Damn you Mike! Where are you!!!? - when he was saying those words missile mysteriously exploded and he saw 3 GUNs flying in tight formation.
-I'm right behind you. - said Mike patiently. - Crusaders, clear the way. We'll fire and go home.
-Roger that, sir! - answered Drako. Crusaders. Time to rock'n'roll. He turned on loud music and locked on rebel B-Wing. - Come to me sweetie!
Meantime flight one was in range. Mike was giving last orders.
-Balrog, communication tower is yours. Diablo and I will try to take those turrets. Wolf, you'll take out hangar and all fighters eventually flying from there.
-Yes sir!
Mike locked missiles.
-Ok Diablo. Just like i teached you. Five... Four... Three... Two.... - something was wrong. - Crusader 3, return to formation. - there was no responce.
Diablo looked at his computer. Before EH, he was computer hacker but this message was perfectly decoded.
-Mike, i just intercepted incoming message coming from unknown source. Wolf received than message.
-Break formation flight 1. We'll make one more try! - said Mike - LIEUTENANT COMMANDER TOMAAS BANYS. I ORDER YOU TO RETURN FORMATION. - there was no responce.
-Oh man. He'll die - thought Wiesio.
-TURN BACK OR YOU'LL BE FIRED UPON!!! - Mike was really pissed almost mad.
-Mike!! He's still receiving unkown messages. - said Diablo. - Maybe he's a traitor.
Mike had to act quick, but he was well know, bacuase of his quick, sometime not too good actions.
-Crusader 10 and 11. Break formation and lock your missiles. Fire on my command. - Mike knew his GUN won't catch escpaing Tomaas, but T/As were much faster. Good old Lieutenant Commander Wiesio and young Lieutenant Flagellant turned their T/As and started to chase escaping GUN. After few seconds they're in firing range.
Meantime on Grey Wolf's bridge.
-Sir! We just receive report from Elonia. - informed communications officer.
-Platform has been destroyed? - asked Woobee.
-No sir. Major Szydlowski reported betrayal. They're now chasing Crusader 3. - Woobee looked like stunned.
-Tomaas just received secret orders. He broke formation and he's heading here. He's new CMDR of Tartarus Squadron. - explained Brucmack.
-Was Mike informed about this? - asked Woobee
-What? I think....
-WAS MIKE INFORMED!!!!! - shouted Woobee.
-No, sir! - answered Brucmack - Why are you asking.
-Because.. Mike is impulsive. He think Tomaas is rebel traitor. This message has been coded using our best coded. Mike don't know what is happening here.
-Tomaas should espace - suggested Brucmack.
-No way. I know Mike and i know he'll die personally rather then let traitor go.
-What should we do know? - Bruc face changed. Now he knew Tomaas was in trouble. But Woobee acted fast.
-Set course for Elonia!!! Full speed!!! I want my new CMDR alive!!!!
-Aye, sir!!! - GW teams were acting fast and after 2 minutes ISD entered hypespace. It was quick, inner system jump. 2 mins of flying.
Back to Elonia.
-Crusader 10 here. I got a clear shot! - said Wiesio. Flagellant was right behind him. Drako joined duscussion.
-Mike! He's member of a team! You can give that order! Maybe he's radio is down - Drako knew he's wrong but he wanted to buy Tomaas some time. Wiesio was holding lock on his fighter but he woudln't have fire without order. Flagellant locked his missile too.
-Shut the hell up, Commander! I am your superior. He's radio is ok, and he's rebel traitor. And there is only one payback. DEATH! - Mike was real mad right now.
-So i say we dissable him and HCI will hang him after trial. We don't know everything. - answered Drako.
-No!!! - said Mike. - Crusader 10 and 11. Open fire!!!
-Say again, Crusader 1. - Wiesio knew Mike is doing wrong. Or maybe not wrong but to quickly.
-I said: SHOT HIM OR YOU'LL GO TO HCI!
-Yes, sir! - said Flagellant. He was new but he knows it's good to obey orders. - Crusader 11, fox 1! - he fired first missile. Right after him, Wiesio fired his.
After few second two missiles hit escaping GUN. They damaged shields, flight controls, sensors and reduced speed to 33%.
-Excellent job pilots, now disengage. He's mine!
-Yes, sir! - two T/As turned back and started to fight rebels again.
Mike took a quick look on his scaner. He saw Tomaas' fighter and it's statistics. Those two advanced missiles badly damaged GUN. Almost destroyed, so Tomaas was lucky to be alive. Most locked his laser. Targeting box turned green indicating good shot. Mike reduced throttle, but first time in his life he actually thought before fire. Now he was not sure. Maybe Drako was right. Maybe there are some facts and he don't know anything about them. But again, traitor was traitor. Mike stopped his fighter.
"If i'll kill him and it was someone fault, i'll blame myself. Not bacuase i killed him but because i've lost good pilot. But what if i am right. What if he's a traitor" he was thinking. His computer informed about ship coming out from hyperspace. It could be rebel ship. If he made mistake he could die because of it. He set throttle to full, turned on shield and weapon system. But... this ship was Grey Wolf, Imperial Star Detroyer. Crusader Squadron mothership.
-This is Commodore speaking. All fighters return to hangar, as soon as possible.
Wolf was already heading to hangar. Mike followed his. Crusader disengaged enemy and started to return home. Rebels were not chasing them.
Few minutes later in hangar:
Mike jumped out of his fighter. All Crusaders landed and standed next to his CMDR. Tomaas exited his fighter. He was wounded.
-You damn traitor!!! - shouted Mike and attacked Tomaas. Pilot received punch in head and falled on ground. Marcin K, was the only one who was able to stop Mike, bacause they're both huge guys. He grabbed Mike.
-Stop Mike, he's not worth it. Bruc will deal with him.
-Let me off. I'll kill him!!!
Meantime Brucmack and Woobee run to the hangar.
-What the hell is happening outhere. What is the meaning of this fight!! - said Brucmack.
-He's traitor! I'll kill him.
Woobee standed before Mike and looked at him. Mike calmed down.
-Brucmack, Mike!! To my office - said Woobee. CMDR and WC followed their superiror. Other Crusaders left hangar and went to shower. Tomaas was taken to medical section.........

How goes it Crusaders! It has been a quiet week for citations as far as I
know, so there really isnt much to say. Keep flying those battles for the SP
comp. Not many have asked for battles so I can assume you all are still
getting through them.
As an aside, you all are aware of the recent movements of various pilots. I
would never stop someone from moving if thats what thry want but, can I just
ask that if any of us should consider leaving, to also consider the rewards
of staying with Crusader. Getting 200 citations is my ultimate goal and the
reward is one that I probably won't have a chance of getting any other way.
Just remember we have the second highest citations of any other squadron in
the TC( as far as I know, don't quote me). Be proud to be a Crusader.
