New pilots needed for Samekh
We are in need of fresh blood to help fill our ranks. As a result, I am now asking that all members of Samekh please help find new pilots to rebuild our numbers. Please feel free to contact any Cadet and see if they need any assistance in completing their training, and by doing so you will be able to convince them that Samekh is where they should be assigned upon completion of their training! Also, if you know anyone that enjoys online gaming in the SW area, and would be interested in joining, please let me know so that I can contact them as well and encourage them to join the EH and Samekh! :P
Welcome a new pilot
Everyone give a warm welcome to SL Zach who joins us fresh from the M/PLT Daedaleus! Zach is a recruit that Justin knows in RL and convinced him to join the EH and Samekh! Well done Justin, and welcome aboard Zach!
New Flight II Flight Leader
After some talking with a certain member of Samekh, I have found someone that has agreed to step up and take over Flight II and help bring new glory to Samekh! The new FL for Flight II is¡K LT Soontir Fel. This new position will become effective as soon as the FO transfers LT Soontir Fel from 3-4 to 2-1. Congratulations LT Soontir Fel!
More Battle Citations needed
With the arrival of SL Zach, we are in serious need of more battle citations! We have lost all six that we had with Zach¡¦s arrival, so I am asking all pilots to fly a battle each week in order to correct this problem. Remember, in order to be promoted to receive awards you must show regular activity on a weekly basis!

Weekly Wing V Meetings:
Wing V will start having weekly meetings each Saturday at 1300 HRS CST in the Airlock! All pilots are welcome to attend, although the primary purpose of these meetings are for Command purposes, all pilots are welcome to inject ideas or thoughts during the meetings, and are strongly encouraged to attend. ļ

Naval Corps closing

As will be discussed in XO Report #4:
Over time, the Naval Corps has become nothing more than a clone of the TIE Corps XWA wings with a different command structure. It has been under the agreement of GA Ronin, myself, and several other key commanding officers that the Naval Corps will completely close down when the new EH Database is activated.
As of right now, Echo Company is closed and any current Echo Company cadets completing training will automatically be assigned to a TIE Corps X-Wing Alliance wing. Eventually, all clones of TC members in the Naval Corps will be eliminated as well. Anyone who is not a clone is encouraged to start looking for a X-Wing Alliance wing (Sovereign Wing III, ISD Immortal, or ISD Vanguard) to transfer to.
Anyone "left behind" when the Naval Corps closes will automatically go to the reserves until they make a transfer request.
The future of the Naval Corps is being discussed behind closed doors at the moment.
TCCOM Award for February

Although slightly overdue, I've decided on the winner of last month's TIE Corps Commander's Award. Many congratulations to Wing IX and the ISD Relentless! Over the past several weeks pilots from the Wing have shown themselves to be some of the most active in the Fleet with some great competition participation and morale. Congrats to them, General Ricaud and Vice Admiral Andron :)
The Flight Office has been updated to reflect the TCCOM Award for February.
ISD Colossus Commodore appointed

Following Rear Admiral Troutrooper's promotion to the position of CA:TAC2, the decision for his replacement as Colossus Commodore has been made. Many congratulations to Rear Admiral Mell, who comes highly recommended, and should prove to be a fine choice to lead the ship.
