Greetings all, and welcome to another Hey Squadron
report. After LCM Josh Popelka ably filled in last
week, I'm back from leave and am writing the report
again.


SQUADRON NEWS
---------------------------------

- A new squadron competition has started against Teth
Squadron of Wing IV. Fly FXWA 18 by the 1st May. The
top three scores from each squad will be averaged to
find the winning squadron. The highest scorer overall
will receive an IS-BW and the highest scorer from Hey
will get a Golden TIE.

- The final scores for the Hey v Phantom competition
looked like this

Phantom Squadron beat us with a much higher average
score :( Lets try to do better against Teth, as they
aren't an XWA squad and we may have more of a chance.

I received the Golden TIE on offer for this round.

- LT VinDoros achieved the FCHG rank of Cavalier.

- LCM Josh Popelka was awarded an ISM for competing in
all of the rounds of the XWA league.

- The Wing III Survivor competition continues with LC
Sequoh Marden leaving last week. Myself and LCM Josh
Popelka have till tonight to submit a 200 word piece
of fiction for the 2nd round.

- We now have 6 squadron citations, lets get a few
more. Everyone try to fly XWA battles so we can boost
the number of citations we hold.


WING III NEWS
---------------------------------

- The wasn't a very good turnout for the Wing III
meeting yesterday. While I was there, only myself, LC
Sequoh Marden and LT Craydon Bash of Beth were
present. Please can few more people try to attend the
meetings.
Next week, there will be an excellent new addition to
the meeting.....TRIVIA. *Cheers shake the room* It
will be run than none other than myself, and hopefully
it will make the meetings a lot more fun. Please try
to attend and become the Wing III trivia champion for
the week.

- Work on the Wing III sickbay page continues after a
lengthy delay due to my leave. It should be running in
the next few days. It will contain lots of ficton,
graphics and work by Wing III members. Hoepfully this
will provide a place where lots of people can go to
and look at the various work of other Wing members.

- We have a new Wing III Message Board on the TC.org
domain. LCM Josh and myself have already been posting
on it, along with other Wing III members, lets try to
get it the most active message board on the domain.

FLEET NEWS

- A new Special Operations Director was appointed - VA
Maaric who used to be in Aleth squadron ages ago.
Congrats.

- The new EH logo was designed by LCM Tempest who
received a GoE

- RA Dan Makalatos was appointed the new Lord
Ambassador after old Wing IIIer AD Quake became the
new CA:XO.

New/Corrected Battles

A whole slew of Battles have been released, corrected
or new. Check TAC Report #12 (It should be
somewhere...over...on the right over
there...ya...right there.) for a complete list.

NOTE: Battles are now uploaded to all three Battle
Mirror sites.

Iron Star clarification

Either via stupidity or just trying to rort the
system, a number of competitions are being submitted
that are unacceptable. These competitions are usually
one squadron vs another where the highest scoring
person from each squadron gets a IS-BW. These
competitions will be denied. Similarly, any
competitions where the CMDR of the winning squadron
gets an award will be denied. I hope that clears
things up.
