Weekly TC TIE Battle - I would like to announce the kick off of our own weekly TC TIE Battle. There will be a Battle chosen each week and put in the Priorties Section of my report ( at the bottom, of course - any comp's that we are in will take precedence ) and any pilots who have not completed it can fly it for FCHG points and double merit points. This week's battle is ID 4 - Attempt on the SDIR . Your tfr's must be in my inbox by friday for them to be counted on my Saturday report. To the TIES! :P
Ritsuko Akagi was chosen as the new CMDR of Zeta Squadron! May I quote the Praetorian guide here for one moment:

Sovereign League - I've looked all over, and can find only last years results... /me hammers on the keyboard... If anyone knows where the site is for this, I'd be much obliged :) Praetorian's results for CR14 were sent out to the squad earlier this week.
Styx Flight's page is still under construction :P It's getting there though... Check it out at http://168.144.117.212/prae/index.php - Netscape users won't be able to view it until it gets moved to a real (apache) host. The nav is totally unfinished too. Also of course the VBScript will get changed to something else once I get into it so it'll work all around too... ehh... /me loves web standards... bah...
Here is the outline of MAJ Timbal's Praetorian Battle in the works:
Mission 1 - Leads
Acting on information gained from Intel of a large Rebel group
operating in the Farfin Sector, Praetorian Squadron is sent in by pairs to
investigate. They find an interesting piece of information and after a
freighter gets captured, COM Shadd joins up with the squadron. Of course,
the Trade Commission objects to the harrasment of their members, so the send
up a group of assorted craft to teach Prae a lesson.
Mission 2 - Save the COM!
The whole thing was a setup, with the goal of forcing the COM to
show up and capture him. Prae finds out where they take him after busting a
few heads.
Mission 3 - Escape from Yaga Minor
Jailbreak time! A platform must be searched by stormtroopers to
break out the COM. Prae must defend the boarders and the COM.
Mission 4 - Entrapment of the traitors
The COM found out some very interesting things when he was broken
out - Like the fact that the traitor is actually a undercover Rebel Admiral
that wanted the EH fleet information stored in the COM's head for his own
evil purposes. The location and course of the phantom Rebel fleet is now
known, thanks to the main computers of the platform that "gave" the COM this
information. The Intel Interdictor (Ship name not known yet) and the Intel
VSD (Ship name not known yet) will arrive along with a wing of fighters
borrowed from the Sovereign to wipe out this threat and restore the honor of
Praetorian Squadron.
The point of view that will be seen in this battle will be of a
Flight Member attached to Prae, so all of you will be individually be seen
in each mission. Comments, questions? Let me know!

As you may, or may not know... The Emperors Hammer is now to be considered at war with the Rebel Squadrons. Priorities
Commodore's Challenge - Starts October 1st and ends November 1st. Your goal is to earn either 500 or 1000 FCHG points within a month's time. In addition, pilot's passing the 500 or 1000 point mark will receive 2x merits for all tfr's this month :)
Battlecry Competition - Battle of Baraton by October 14th.
WEEKLY TC TIE - ID 4 - Attempt on the SDIR - due by Friday the 13th for FCHG, 2x merits and a citation... If that aint enough... I don't know what is :P Load up a couple hundred missiles and go roast some reb's!!!!!!
