SQUADRON STATUS
Things were a lot slower than they have been with only 8 bsf's. We did finish out the month though with 93. (Not bad for one squad) Our citations fell with the addition of two new pilots but have already rebounded to 50. Now that the battleboard is up lets use it. Any questions about citations or how you can help get them, either ask CM Dodger or myself.

Since we have had three newbies in the last 3 weeks, here is some important info
1: Prae Merit System
Ok everyone here it is, the revised Prae Merit System. Very similar to the last with a few changes...
Positives
Fly a TC Free mission 1pt
Fly a TC Battle 1pt per mission
High score on a mission (within a battle or free) 2 pts
High Score on a Battle 2pts per mission in battle
Create a Graphic 2pts
Create a really good graphic 5pts
Work of fiction 2-5 pts
Webpage TBA
(Graphics and Fiction will be judged by the XO, the COM and myself, and a maximum of 10pts for each per period)
Negatives
No activity in a week(Including no mini-report) -2pts
(this does not include leave or uncontrollable circumstances)
No participation in a Comp -5pts
(note: activity does not have to be flying, could be webpage updates, graphics, communication, etc)
What they mean
Medals
30 for an ISM
50 for a PC
80 for a BS
-20 for questions to be answered
Other Rules
These points are good for 2 months. At the end of 2 months medals are awarded and everyone goes back to zero. You can cash in your points at any time.
2: Mini Reports
First of all it will be business as usual at Prae with very little changes. There is one thing I am going to ask all of you to do. Every week I would like a "Mini Report" from each of you by Wednesday. (Preferably between Mon and Wed.) In this report basically say what you did this week and what your plans are for the following week. Attach all your BSF's to this report. This way they are all together and none get lost in the shuffle. Also then I will be able to give a complete squad report
Here is an Example
Here's my report for this week. I have completed XWA battle #1 and Tie battle DB-1,3,7,9 and battle 157(nice battle by the way). Also attached is my submission for the SL Comp, battle 155. I plan on completing the battle for the comp against Nu and playing the missions for the Tie League. I also have all of the other XWA battles which I am hoping to complete soon. I will also try and find a few more IWATS courses to complete. That's all
