I'm proud of youguys..again:)). This was quite an active week for most of you and i hopeour beloved CMDRTomaas will be pleased with what we've done so far.
But , let's getdown to business:)
RECRUITMENT
The good news isthat we have a new pilot among us. The other one, a bit annoying, whichcomes with the good one, is that getting more numerous scratcheda bitour citations, but this can be dealed with in no time...after allwe're now9 great pilots,so there should be no problem:)
So,recruitment isfor the moment a less priority for the squadron,but you can stilllook around for other good pilots to join us.
NEWS
1. CMDR Tomaas Banys is still on leave (till june 2nd)...lol...that's only a few days from now so you won't l have to bear me as your acting CMDRmuch longer:)
2. As you probablynoticed we have a new mate among us, LT MadDog was just transfered to oursquadron from reserves, so if you didn't welcomed him yet now is a goodtime to doit....make him feel at home here:)
3. LT Jatz Crakkerhasproven himself these weeks.He is the winner of our indoor competitionforthe best pilot. Congratulations Jatz,that's the spirit!:)
FICTION
I'm still waittingfor the 3rd chapter of the fiction we started two weeks ago "The AltorianDefeat". Vulcan is still working on it.
If anyone of youhas any interesting idea just write it down,and then maybe the others willhelp...lol..u saw what happened with the story i wrote:)
MEDALS
No medals this week,as Tom is gone and i'm not entitled to award any, but those of you who haveproven themselves will be definetly recomended to Tom and Azazel,so whenTomwillbe back we'll surely see some medals:)...but only if you keepon flying
PROMOTIONS
No promotions inside the squadron this week, except for the tranfer of LT MadDog from reserves.
MPFLYING
Hmm.I know this isa bit more difficult but please try to fly a bit.For those of you who havegood net connections , mp flying might be difficult but may also mean alotof fun.COL Woobee has already scheduled some mp training sesions for LTJatz Crakker...good idea:)
Also COL Woobeehad a great idea for improving mp playing and is now working on the details.I suggest you check the Tartarus mesage board (which i noticed not to many ofyou usualy do) and see what that is all about and maybe evengive Woobee somemore ideas.

Tomaas's uniform competition (REPOSTED FROM LAST WSR)
Simple and sweet,Tomaas needs a new, good uniform. If he'll find the uniform nice and confortable, the author will get an ISM. If not....well,there is always another try,isn't it?In general, he'd like it to be fully official and to bear apropriatemarkings, no crapy-looks.
Graphics and fiction competition (REPOSTED FROM LAST WSR)
Similar one. We really need some material for the webpage so we could outshine our mates fromother squadrons. Have a look at the Crusader webpage Tomaas previouslydid (http://wolfmaster.4t.com) and think if you might get me somethingthat would suit us now? ISM formost creative people. The same appliesto the fiction writters. If it'sgood enough, ISM is yours.

Well...thisone is over:) I hoped that you would be more interested in this one,butit seems that only a few took it seriously.
Anyway, maybe iwasn'table to give you enough motivation,but i still think it was a goodtry..lol.

Well this wasn'tquite a bad week either:) Almost all of you tryied to make himself usefullbut i still think we can do much better. And beware!...lol...next weekour dearCMDR will be back so you won't have such an easy time as you hadwith me:)).I've seen some high activity from about all of you so i don'tthinki'm mistaking if i say that our squad is back on the right track...but don'tlet this get to you...lol...we will have to keep up flying:)
Tartarus 1-1: CMTomaas Banys :Is on leave untill june 2nd due to final exams and other personalmatters.
Despite that, heneverforgot he is our CMDR so he needed to give us all an example..lol...evenbeingon leave he found time to fly Free-TIE #15,16 &25:)Hehe...i knewyou won't be able to stay away for too long:)))
Tartarus 1-2 : LTCallousness : Nothing this week...again:(...I had a little exchange of emails withhim to find out what's going on and he explained to me that for the momenthehas other things to take care of and he doesn't think he'll be ableto flyany TIE soon, so i guess i will just leave this up to Tomaas:(
Tartarus 1-3 : LTBrian : Nothing this week:( He emailed me and told me that he downloaded somebattles but didn't get the time to fly them due to school and other personalproblems which is understandable. Anyway i'm sure these will be over soonand you'll be ace of the week again...i know you can do it.
Tartarus 2-1 : LTDarkC (that's me): Well...this was really a hard week for me but i must admitienjoyed every moment of it:) Anyway,here's what i've done beside emailingu alot..hehe..i completed battles IW-XWA #22,24 &25 and have a few othesin process.Anyway,even tho i had a terible toothake for a couple of daysandmy computer at work broke up,i'm still ashamed..lol..i should havedone muchmore....but promise you guys i'll make it up next week:)
Tartarus 2-2 : LTArcadius Calidus : well...a modest week..but it happens to all of us from time totime...lol....he completed battles IW-XWA #23 &25. Also keeps workingon the 3rd chapter of "The Altorian Defeat"fiction...i hope we'll see itsoon.
Tartarus 2-3 :LT MadDog : Has been just transfered from reserves and already completed battles TC-BOP 1&3,IW-XvT #23,TC-XvT #8,9 &10 and also Free mission Free-XvT #29.I call this a great start..keep it up and you won't regret it:)
Btw, for any problems concerning custom battles or anything else please don't be shy and ask our CMDR,me or Col Woobee,in fact anyone of the squadron..we'll be happy to help:)
Tartarus 3-1 : LCMLeslaw : Emailed me a few times and we talked on irc once.He completed IW-XWA #22 and has other battles in process,so i'm sure we'll see more of him next week...right Les?:)))

COMMANDER'SOFFICE
Well guys...i think this is where my job as a-CMDR ends.
These two weeks were a real challenge for me and i'm glad Tom trusted meenough to leave me in charge of this great squadron. This way i got to knowyou all much better and i'm really sure that we can reach our goal,of becomingone of the best squadrons in the fleet even though we still have a lot ofwork to do.
Though i didn't succed in getting the number of citations that i wanted,i still think we did a good job. And what's most important ...we proved taht we really are a team.
Anyway...before i go,i would like to ask you guys one more thing. Try and check the Tartarus message board more often because that's why we have it,to keep us informed,you know...sometimes it can be difficult to send emails(either there are network problems or they don't get to you in time)
Oh...lol...and one more favour i would like to ask you....i hope you will keep emailing me even after Tom is back...hehe..i started to like it:)))
But now i guess i should say.."Good bye mates,see you back in the hangar:))"

CITATIONS
Well...unfortunately i don't have any good news this week as i hope to..
We lost 4 citations when LT MadDog joined us (hehe...no offense mate...these are just the facts..we're glad to have you in the squadron) and we weren't able to get any new one this week. Hmmm...i must admit this is also my fault because i made a mistake when i downloaded Vulcan's file for IW-XvT#23 and the file couldn't be procesed. Please Vulcan,forgive me...and send the file again.Once it will be procesed we'll hold a citation forthat battle:)
Anyway, because you guys obeyed orders..hehe...and were so active this week we're very close of getting about 10 more citations next week....we're just one step close:)
