The Reconnaissance Office, on behalf of the Training Office, is proud to announce the activation of a new course, The Reconnaissance Office Exam (ROE).
The purpose of this exam is to prepare prospective Reconnaissance Officer Assistants in becoming familiar with the operations of the Reconnaissance Office, which will require a minimum membership length of at least 1 month to be eligible for the course. The course will provide tools and tips for those interested in recruitment of new members and explore the ins and outs of how to be successful in the Reconnaissance Office.
We have also put together a new set of qualifications tailored to the art of Reconnaissance, aptly named the Certificate of Reconnaissance Operations. These courses focus on the lore aspect of Reconnaissance, Field Communications, Grammar, and the ROE course itself.
Many thanks go to my Command Attaché, Alexandre Morgan for his collaboration with the RO to put this together. Additionally, my thanks go out to AD Sylas Pitt and VA Robert Hogan for their thorough review of the proposed course and certification.

Following COL Locke Setzer's departure to become the new BGCOM, GN Master has been selected to be the next Squadron Executive Officer (SQXO) of Typhoon Squadron. Good luck in your new role!
Succeeding AD Stryker is an officer with a long history with the ISDII Challenge, much of it from many years ago but more recently as a FM in Firebird Squadron and then SQXO of Typhoon Squadron. He's also been serving as the Captain of the M/FRG Phoenix where he's been reaching out to the Reservists to bring some of them back into the fold. Congratulations to Vice Admiral Locke Setzer, the next Battlegroup Commander of Battlegroup III!
Following CPT Witchblade's departure to start up Alpha Squadron, LCM Habu has been selected to be the next Squadron Executive Officer (SQXO) of Gamma Squadron and CM SirPants will serve as Gamma's Flight Leader (FL). Good luck in your new roles!
For giving us an in depth insight into his character through the INPR, SL Condar Sovar of Tempest Squadron has been promoted to full Lieutenant.
Congratulations, LT Condar Sovar!
AD Stryker, the long-time BGCOM of Battlegroup III, has retired to the Reserves to focus on new responsibilities in RL. He's been a pleasure to work with during his time as BGCOM and I'm sad to see him go, so I'm looking forward to having him back whenever he's able. For his high-level service to BG3 and the TIE Corps for the past year and change, I'll be awarding him the Grand Order of the Emperor. Farewell for now and godspeed, AD Stryker!
As for the next BG3COM, the gears are turning and I'll have another announcement to make hopefully soon. Stay tuned!
Gamma Squadron's resurgence and on-going effort to raise the bar, as well as recent recruitment attempts for new pilots who wished to join Gamma, have led us to a decision to re-open Alpha Squadron. Thus giving a chance to Gamma Squadron and its CMDR, CPT Blaster, to continue its transformation to a more competitive Squadron, while also opening a new squadron that would satisfy a different path and experience within EH.
Alpha Squadron will be led by CPT Witchblade. I have approached her personally to retake the role of CMDR and she has accepted. Let's all celebrate the return of Alpha Squadron and the continued success of Gamma Squadron.
The second pilot that's been added to the roster of the newly-revived Alpha Squadron is CPT Maximus Meridius, previously a FM in Gamma, who'll be serving as Alpha's Squadron Executive Officer (SQXO). Good luck in your new role!
For giving us an in depth insight into his character through the INPR, SL Armon Ferro of Eagle Squadron has been promoted to full Lieutenant.
Congratulations, LT Armon Ferro!
For completing the TCCORE, as their first Imperial University Course, SL Alexander V'Lelk of Tempest Squadron has been promoted to full Lieutenant.
Congratulations, LT Alexander V'Lelk!
From Kappa Squadron Commander COL Aardvark:
Since joining the TIE Corps four months ago, LT Gabba Gabagool has proven to be a valuable and influential member of Kappa Squadron. They have provided meaningful contributions to comms, participated in RtF, won scores of victories in honorable multiplayer combat and have earned a merit medal every month. Having also shown their dedication to the Fleet by passing the TC CORE course, I recommend that LT Gabba Gabagool is promoted to the rank of LCM.
Congratulations, LCM Gabba Gabagool!
For earning a first set of Legions of Combat in Star Wars Battlefront II, SL Miguel Garcia of Rho Squadron has been promoted to full Lieutenant.
