I would like to announce the promotion of Tomaas Montte to the position of Training Officer.  He has been acting in this capacity for the past several months and has more than proved himself worthy of the position.  I am grateful for the assistance he provided and the continued support to all aspects of training.  I am also very proud to promote him to the rank of Admiral.   Congratulations and good luck!
