Congratulations to HA Havok! He submitted the winning fiction and will be receiving an Iron Star: Silver Ribbon.

GN Kaisin Mirtez came in second and will receive an Iron Star: Silver Ribbon.

I will be posting the submissions this week.

New IWATS course released

A new IWATS course has been released, brought to us by LCM Tuba.

The course is Starfighter Weaponry (SFW). Head out to the course notes here and give it a run!

There is a lot of good information for anyone that wants to maximize their effectiveness in starfighters.

Want to know how much damage your laser strike provides? Or the general loadout for a fighter. Your answers are in this course.

Gamma Squadron Commander Open for Applications

With the resignation of Lieutenant Colonel Miles Prower, the position of Gamma Squadron Commander is open for applications. Please send them to me the TCCOM and WC of Wing I. Here is a list of requirements:

-Must have passed some form of SM course
-Submit weekly reports and monthly MSEs
-Must run monthly competitions depending on the Wing and TC Comps
-24 to 48 hour e-mail turnaround
-Must have some form of plan for the squadron

If you do not meet certain requirements, please say so in the application, we can be swayed if the arguments are good.

CMDR experience is not a must. FLs feel free to apply!

A while ago, COL Domi came to me with an idea for a Wing X competition. Missions were created, and there the story ended. Today, the missions have completed the whole TAC testing process, and have been released.

The 9 missions on 3 platforms combine to form a single battle. For most enjoyment of the story, you should fly the missions in order: TIE free 279, XvT free 232, XWA free 151, TIE free 280, XvT free 233, XWA free 152, TIE free 281, XvT free 234 and lastly XWA free 153.

The first 'Cats away' competition is ending tomorrow. I have only received one submission so far.

If you want to participate and go for the Gold Ribbon I need a minimum of 4 submissions!
