I was going to wait until this evening to make this announcement, but I don't see 12 hours making any difference:

The Emperor's Hammer is starting to slowly turn things around. I have been confident in most of the command staffs efforts and contributions throughout the past year or so. However one thing was absent during the last few months: ability to dedicate sufficient time from the Executive Officer who is tasked to oversee the Command Officers and the Groups. During this time, SA Maverick had seen a numerous amount of personal issues effect his abilities to effectively carry out the duties required for this position. I feel that the EH cannot afford this any longer and have removed him from the position of Executive Officer. In his place I have decided to appoint HA Rapier to the position of XO. From this moment on, HA Rapier shall be known as Sector Admiral Rapier and given the position of Executive Officer of the Emperor's Hammer.

SA Rapier will be in touch with each of the Command Staff shortly. His first order of business is the appointing of a new Security Officer.

SA Maverick is to be moved to the reserves until I hear from him to let me know where he'd like to go.

    With a 2 month backlog, the year has ended, so a number of medals have been recommended. This year, the coveted and rare Iron Star with PLATINUM wings goes to
