Each week, a score of how many "activity points" the individual pilots have earned will be added up. the pilot with the most activity points is named PotW, or Pilot of the Week. Whoever gets the title "PotW" the most in a month is given the title "Pilot of the Month", and will be awarded an IS-BR. if there is a tie on who has the most "PotW" titles, then it will be decided on how many points they have accumilated over the month. below is a list of points for activities: Flying a battle: 1 point for every mission flown. Flying a free mission: 1 point Writing a fiction: 5 points, bonuses may be awarded judging on the quality and quantity of the fiction Graphic: 5 points, bonuses may be awarded judging on the quality of the graphic. IWATS: 10 points per IWATs Course Passed. Participation in Competition: 1 point Submitting TAC office approved plotline: 3 points Submitting TAC office approved battle: 10 points Participating in EH-approved multiplayer event: 1 point winning a fight in EH-approved Multiplayer event: 2 points Winning EH-approved multiplayer event: 5 points High score for mission: 2 points High score for battle: 5 points Designing+Maintaining site for Squadron: 15 points Any other forms of activity will be brought into consideration and awarded up to 5 points at the end of the week for "unofficial" work that could benefit the squadron, such as competition ideas, research into squadron history etc.
