Alright, this is a competition for packs of EHers, led by a designated leader (either a CMDR or EHC) to hunt for a specific target - either a hostile faction or one individual. LoCs are given each time a target is killed (to be confirmed by the pack leader). Double LoCs for killing the "Golden Target" - usually one person from the targetted faction, picked by whoever is hosting that night. The hunts will start at 10pmGMT/5pmEST and run for 2 hours.
