It's fiction time!
Maybe you heard about the "seven deadly sins" before, if you didn't, it doesn't matter.
In Christian teachings they are classified as a group of vices, but we will not dwell on that classification too long. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seven_deadly_sins#Paul_Cadmus'_The_Seven_Deadly_Sins)
The seven sins are:
This competition is all about how your character experience this seven "sins" and will run for seven months. Every Month i will give you an info what is the main sin to write about and as a helping hand against who or what your sin should be targeted.
The main character in each story can be your pilot or you invent a completely new NPC.
Entries will be judged with a fiction rubric, that i put together myself and will mainly focus, how you interpreted the idea and how your character was written. You can find the rubric at the end of this text.
Every month the four best stories will earn ribbons and additional the five best stories after all themes are completed will earn ribbons as well.
Targeted minimal words should be 500 at least or the entry will not count.
For the month of November, you should explore the Lust (keep it PG13)
Describe a moment your character was driven by pure lust for power and who (or what) they needed to destroy to gain this power.
