Tempest: The Coming Storm

Story prompt

'With Tempest Squadrons recent acquisition of new Spectre Advanced Missile Boats a team of Cygnus Spaceworks trained scientists and technicians have arrived aboard the ISDII Challenge to run flight tests, perform equipment certification and ensure performance levels meet the high standards expected of Imperial Starfighters.'

How to participate

Your task is to produce a record of an extraordinary event that happened during this otherwise routine ship service; be it a strange occurrence, a chance for camaraderie and team building, a dastardly attempt at sabotage, a humourous anecdote or otherwise enshrine what you feel would be a memorable moment. Be as creative as you need to be.

This could be anything from a short story or a quick pencil sketch to full comic panels, a 3D rendered scene or even a Haiku. If you're feeling adventurous, perhaps even develop a plot and create a Free Mission or Battle. Any artistic endeavour you can relate to the above story prompt for Tempest: The Coming Storm is valid.

Remember that the Fleet is currently travelling to a destination in the Unknown Regions and this may impact any story you you wish to tell through words or images.

How to submit your work

Submissions will be judged based on overall Quality as well as the discernable Time and Effort of the submission.

Multiple submission are allowed, though there is only one potential award per pilot.
