Description:

Each squadron is to pick its "Battle Captain". That BC will ensure that information that is passed down from higher authority is disseminated and passed down to the pilots within thier squadron. The BC does not necessarily have to be the Squadron CMDR. This war game will take on a frightening realism. You will not know when or how the enemy will strike, but you will be judged on a variety of factors based on the following : How many from your squadron complete the mission, the average score, and first to complete the mission. Those with weaker rosters will have thier scores modified to adjust for having fewer submissions to the total average. Pilots will submit thier files to me, CC'ing thier Battle Captain, as soon as possible after the mission(s) objective has been revealed. When a new mission objective is to be revealed, a faux-news report will be sent to each pilot, but the Operations Order (containing the mission objective) will ONLY BE SENT TO THE BATTLE CAPTAINS. It is up to them to spread the word. Once an objective has been revealed, the pilots have 2 (two) days to send in thier files from the sending of the faux-news report. Now, as with all military operations, after each objective is completed, random bits of intelligence will be gathered. Battle Captain's ONLY are authorized to ask about clues as to when the next objective might occur. No direct "when will it happen" questions will be accepted, as no direct answer will be given. As a warning, the intelligence MAY BE INCORRECT, as with any intel gathered from an enemy source, so be mindful of what kind of questions your Battle Captains ask. This exercise is meant to test the strength of leadership and unity within the Wing, and comes with great gains. Choose your Battle Captains wisely, as your victory depends on thier faithfulness. Welcome to the military.
