Epsilon Squadron Weekly Report #80 – 10th June 2013


CMDR-TCS-PROF/COL Dunta Polo here reporting in for Epsilon.


A much quieter week this time, although I am pleased to announce that Major Gyssler received a Bronze Star of the Empire for his excellent participation in May. That medal cabinet must be overflowing by now...

I’d also like to congratulate Lt Colonel Dempsey on receiving a Gold Star of the Empire - a well earned award for many months of hard work. Karana phases 3 and 4 are upcoming in the near future, and I hope more Epsilon pilots will join myself and Gyssler in submitting entries.


TIE Corps News

Karana Initiative phases 3 and 4 will consist of XvT and TIE battles, which are currently under testing.


Wing I News

Lt Colonel Anahorn Dempsey received a Gold Star of the Empire for exemplary performance as Delta Squadron commander.


Squadron News

2 pilots have been actively communicating.

1 pilot with flight activity.

MAJ Gyssler received a Bronze Star of the Empire in the May 2013 Epsilon MSE.


Competitions

1) Ace of the TIE Corps


Start Date: March 1, 2013
End Date: December 31, 2013
Groups involved: Entire TC
Awards: IS-GW/SW/BW monthly for the top 3 pilots on the website's Kill Board IS-PW/GW/SW/BW for the top 4 pilots at the end of the year
Description: Each mission flown earns you a point for the competitions. Whoever scores most points win. Each mission only counts once. The numbers on the killboard at the end of the month are the numbers that are tallied; missions not yet processed will count towards the next month.


2) Epsilon Pilot of the Month


Start Date: June 1, 2013
End Date: June 30, 2013
Groups involved: Epsilon Squadron
Awards: IS-BR
Description: Epsilon's Pilot of the Month will be determined by the Squadron Commander at the end of each calendar month. All types of activity and participation will be considered in the decision, particularly that which benefits the squadron or TIE Corps as a whole.
