Epsilon Squadron Weekly Report #83 – 23rd July 2013
CMDR-TCS-PROF/COL Dunta Polo reporting in for Epsilon.
This week was quiet for the squadron, although myself, Lt Colonel Gyssler and Lt Colonel Quincy Nelson received Medals of Communication for June. Both flight leaders continued to perform their duties to a competent level.
My late submission for Karana phase 3 proved to be a winning one - taking 4 mission high scores and the battle high score with a further runner-up mission score. Lt Colonel Gyssler’s entry was enough for second best in mission 4. Our combined efforts gave Epsilon a runner-up finish in the overall competition. Alpha squadron’s numbers allowed them to prevail with more total points, earning them the TIE Corps Commander’s Own title until phase 4 is launched.
Major Elwood, commander of Gamma squadron, has been promoted to Lt Colonel following record levels of activity this year. Sub-Lieutenant Gillead, a recent arrival to Delta squadron, has been promoted to Lieutenant.
