Closing Remarks

The Tie Corps and Emperor’s Hammer in my opinion is a group of people that get together to have fun, connect with others, and make fools of ourselves (or wait, am I the only one to do that???). While I know there is more I can do, I feel that as a squadron commander, it is as much my responsibility to have fun in the club as much as it is to help others have fun.

We all have jobs, lives, families, school... life comes first. We may lose interest in something that’s going on, or we simply have less time to do what we enjoy.

All that being said, if you come to a point in your life where you have less time for something, or simply have decided to move on, let us know. It’s far better to know you’ll be away than to hear nothing.

Therefore, I need to hear something from all of Beta this week. Anyone who does not communicate with me in some manner will be requested to be removed from the roster. This allows for those who are active to be recognized for their efforts, as well as those who are unable or uninterested to participate to not hold positions for those who are able.

This does not mean “if you can only do something once a week we don’t want you”. I just need to have some form of conversation with you about what is going on, that’s all. If it’s a personal situation, I don’t need details, but just lemme know.
