Well yesterday was the start of a week off from work for me. Which I promptly celebrated by getting hit with the flu. COM Woody had to suffer
the consequences of my inability to get a decent night's sleep as he found a few pilotfiles in his onbox at the end of the day. More to follow :)
TIE Golf's first round has finished, and I did badly, ending in 5th place with 443 points more than the hole winner.
I'll have to figure out how to make up that difference somehow. Grats to Plif and Flelm for getting the absolute minimum. Still, the hole wasn't a
complete loss as I did manage to beat my opponent, so yay me. First medal's in.
I also managed to bag another two in Hammer on Patrol, this time it was out very own LCM
Nylan who bested me. Nice job! I'd also like to congratulate CPT Shado fenn and LCM
Nylan on their Trivia Incentive awards. My admiration to the good Captain for reaching 1,300 points!
The COM's going on leave this week and as such has declared the next round of Hammer on Patrol will last two weeks, and
will be a complete battle this time. This should be interesting :)
Now onto more serious matters. Delta's squadron roster does not make me a happy camper, with not one, not two, but THREE
SLs on there, both of which have had ample chance to earn a promotion to full LT. I'll be emailing them again to see what's going on, but so far those
have gone unanswered.
The COM has finally gotten around to awarding the backlog of the Medal of Communication. As I understand, such was not the
easiest bit as most of the info is with the SOO, but he did manage it. Good work, sir!
Last of all is best of all maybe (to some anyway): The CA:TAC, RA Nutrientman has uploaded the last patches for XWA. As of
now, all XWA battles requiring patches (Except XWATC56) can be flown again on the 64 bit platforms. Be sure to read the installation instructions, as
you can't use the EHSP for them. XWATC 56 (Havok's Bouncing baby Boy) has been put on hold for the time being as something keeps crashing the missions.

Delta squadron competitions
Delta's Weekly Trivia
Each day of the week (Mon-Fri) you will receive an email with a triviaquestion, same as before. 3 pts for the first correct answer, 2 pts forsecond and 1 pt for 3rd. At the end of the week, the one with themost points wins the shiny. As usual, there's extra shinies available foraccumulating set amounts of points.

Wing I/ISDII Hammer competitions
Hammer on Patrol
Each week the COM assigns 3 free missions in his report. Fly them for weekly points (highest score based),weekly platform and monthly overall winners get the shinies.
Hammer on Recon
Each week, MP pilots can submit screenshots for Team Battle matches (most kills wins) and Domination matches(most beacons captured wins). At the end of the month, overall winners get extra shinies.
Hammer's Pilot of the Month
For every flown SP mission from the TC mission compendium and for every LoC earned each pilot receives 1 pointfor the HPotM competition. The pilot with most points at the end of the month is the ISD II Hammer'sPilot of the month and receives an IS-GW. Second will receive an IS-SW and third an IS-BW.
Hammer Student of the Month
Points for all IU/IWATS courses taken, bonus points for a perfect score. Whoever has most points at the end ofthe month wins.

Each mission flown during a month will count towards your score, with shinies for the top 3 pilots.At the end of the year, the TC's Top Gun will win a rare IS-PW!
