Another week goes bye and we've lost one of our pilots again. COL Mark Schueler leaves us to fly with his new FL in Lambda Flight II. Good luck there, Mark. I'm sure you'll need it with all those GoE's over there in Lambda :-) There were a lot of IS's given out this week for a couple of competitions. Those are too many to list them all here, but you can find them in the Activities section of this report listed for every single pilot. In January we've had a novum for Gamma. Both Ace of the TC titles (MP and SP) went to Gamma and in both cases even the number 2 came from Gamma! Well done everyone! Let's try and keep up to this level of flying! On the other hand I saw the need to cancel a couple of Gamma comps due to low/no participation this week. GoP - XvT, GoP - XWA, Gamma becomes educated and Gamma student of the month were canceled. If I hear enough positive responses from you stating that you would like to have some other competitions but those listed in the competitions section I will surely start new ones in the future, but I need some feedback from you. The only Gamma competition with more then 1 or 2 people participating seams to be the trivia. There were 23 answers this week. There was a three way tie for first place this time with all three having 6 points. Winners this week are Impulse, Repulsor and Tuba. Impulse was 2 times first but had one false answer, the other two had only one answer first but all answers correct. Second this week with 4 points is Starkillerny, followed by Dante with 3 points and Mark with 2 points. Most important information comes last. LT Starkillerny has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Commander this week. A more then well deserved promotion and for sure not the last! Congratulations Lt. Commander Starkillerny! |

Ace of the TC - TC-wide Each mission flown earns you a point for the competitions. Whoever scores most points win. Each mission only counts once. The numbers on the KillBoard at the end of the month are the numbers that are tallied, missions not yet processed will count towards the next month. IS-GW/SW/BW monthly for the top 3 pilots on the website's Kill Board - IS-PW/GW/SW/BW for the top 4 pilots at the end of the year. MP Ace of the TC - TC-wide The MP Kill Board will used to keep track of points. Each LoC earns you a point for the competition, and a DFC counts for 5 points. Whoever scores most points win. The numbers on the MP KillBoard at the end of the month are the numbers that are tallied. If there are three participants then IS-GW/SW/BW, if only two IS-SW/BW, etc. XWA, XvT, Star Conflict, and Freelancer-Freeworlds are the authorized platforms for this competition. Mjölnir?! Whatever... - TC-wide So each and every squadron on Wing I has its nickname and motto well set, you see... Hell! Even the Wing itself happens to have its own nickname and motto coming from the time when we had all a Wing I Commander dooming from above. But, alas! The ISD Hammer itself doesn't have any... and such a shameful situation shall be put to an end within the month. ALL members of the EH TIE Corps are called to send their submissions for ISD Hammer nickname and motto via e-mail to the SOO, RA Zósite K. Styles, while also CCing the rest of TC Admiralty, TCCOM HA Daniel Bonini and COO RA Crsepe. Deadline is February 21st. IS-GR/IS-SR/IS-BR up for grabs if we manage to get 3 participants bothering us with the worst fruits of their rotten minds. IS-SR/IS-BR with only 2 participants. IS-BR with just one. 2-ranks free demotion for everyone with no participants. Star Conflict's Combat Recon - TC-wide During Combat Recon modes, survive as the Captain or kill the Captain. This will be an accumulated number for the month. If you survive as the Captain, mouse-over the medal that says you survived as captain so we know that you did. Lambda Unleashed - TC-wide Lambda needs a banner, simple as that. Ideally a variation on the 95th Fighter Squadrons "death with finesse" skeleton - but go wild and get creative, the cheesier the better! Open to all. GoP - Gamma on patrole - Gamma only Every week in my WSR I will announce a TIE Free mission or battle. All Gamma members (including me) then have until next weeks saturday 10:00 CEST (08:00 am UTC) to send me their pilot files for that mission/battle. Scoring will be laserless, as usuall for TIE comps. Best laserless score will be awarded an IS-BW. The participants each week will accumulate points according to their ranking. 1st will get 4 pts, 2nd 3 pts, 3rd 2pts and any other participant will get 1 point. The one with the most points at the end of the month will earn himself a shiny IS-SW, while the second at the end of the month will receive an IS-BW. Pilot with most points at the end of the month earns an IS-SR, runner up an IS-BR. For every 50 right answers of one pilot there will be an additional IS-BR for this pilot. Questions will ship out automatically and answers will be accepted for each question until the next one is out. A mail with all answers will ship out on Saturdays. The Answers to Friday questions will be accepted until this mail is send out. This club is about activity and fun, not just boring hang around. 3.) Participate in Competitions! Those are designed and run to give YOU something to have fun with. |

It is sometimes hard to find a basis for a good competition and get people involved. Maybe I did simply choose the wrong kind of competitions. For the future I'd like to see some input from all of you about new competitions.
