OVERVIEW

After the loss of Zos to the TC Admirality last week we've had 2 new arrivals this week. Please all give a hearty welcome to CM Repulsor and MAJ Tuba who joined us from the RSV's. With those 2 new arrivals we're nearly full again. Apperantly the new arrivals made it possible to open up another squadron. Lambda will be commissioned in the near future with COL La'an as its CMDR. FL applications are being accepted by now and should only come from actual FM's only. Send your applications to the TCCOM, the SOO and COL La'an. If there's gonna be enough increase in active membership we might even see another Wing/Ship commissioned as soon as the number of squadrons increases to 7 or above, according to the TCCOM himself. /me crosses fingers for some Wing/Wing or Ship/Ship competitions in the near future Tuba allready earned himself some nice LoC's, challenging Starkillerny for the pilot of the month for February for sure and CM Repulsor is showing some nice TIE flying activity! Well done you 2! The trivia saw 26 answers this week. Winner is CM Repulsor with 8 points, followed by Starkillerny with 7 points, Impulse and Tuba with 6 points and Mark with 4 point. I received submissions for the Motto and Nickname comp from 3 of us, Starkillerny, Repulsor and Tuba. COMPETITIONS

Ace of the TC Each mission flown earns you a point for the competitions. Whoever scores most points win. Each mission only counts once. The numbers on the KillBoard at the end of the month are the numbers that are tallied, missions not yet processed will count towards the next month. IS-GW/SW/BW monthly for the top 3 pilots on the website's Kill Board - IS-PW/GW/SW/BW for the top 4 pilots at the end of the year. MP Ace of the TC The MP Kill Board will used to keep track of points. Each LoC earns you a point for the competition, and a DFC counts for 5 points. Whoever scores most points win. The numbers on the MP KillBoard at the end of the month are the numbers that are tallied. If there are three participants then IS-GW/SW/BW, if only two IS-SW/BW, etc. XWA, XvT, Star Conflict, and Freelancer-Freeworlds are the authorized platforms for this competition. GoP - Gamma on patrole Every week in my WSR I will announce a TIE Free mission or battle. All Gamma members (including me) then have until next weeks saturday 10:00 CEST (08:00 am UTC) to send me their pilot files for that mission/battle. Scoring will be laserless, as usuall for TIE comps. Best laserless score will be awarded an IS-BW. Pilot with most points at the end of the month earns an IS-SR, runner up an IS-BR. For every 50 right answers of one pilot there will be an additional IS-BR for this pilot. Questions will ship out automatically and answers will be accepted for each question until the next one is out. A mail with all answers will ship out on Saturdays. Points to be earned: - flown mission/mission within a batlle from the Battle Center = 1 point + 1 point per HS - flown MP match = 1 point + 1 point per victory - other TC sanctioned games played = 1 point/hour - Gamma trivia = 1 point per right answer - IWATS/IU course = 1 point per succesfully finished course + 1 point for perfect score - None flying/IWATS comps = 1 point per submission, only 1 point per comp possible - reporting in to me once a week = 1 point per week reported in This scoring list might be edited to balance out the competition if any inbalance in the scoring system might occure. That's why I want everyone in Gamma to think about and send me some ideas for those. Best submission will be chosen by myself. For each (Gamma Nickname, Gamma motto and Flight II motto) there is an IS-BR as reward for the winner(s) and 1 point for the pilot of the months comp for submissions per pilot (max 3 points per pilot) plus 1 additional point for each winning submission. SQUADRON ORDERS

FINAL WORDS

With 2 new pilots we're nearly full again, which makes me realy happy. And activity is increasing dramatically, which makes me even happier. Even if the CMDR stuff workload is increasingly stressful :-) I hope that we can keep up the level of last month's activity and maybe even improve it in the weeks/months to come! I look more and more positive into the future of Gamma! With another Squadron opened we might even see a new ship/wing opened in the near future, if the growth rate of the active memberships keeps on this high level.
