It has been three weeks since the last report. However, be sure that this was because I spent basically every free minute I could get to work on the new TIE Corps Manual.

The TIE Corps Pilot Manual, or TCPM, is basically a huge rewrite of the old Training Manual, which has not been updated for the past five or so years. The TCPM has been created to take into account all the changes that have happened in the TIE Corps during the past years. Although heavily borrowing from the old good Training Manual, quite a few new things have been added (i.e. the explanation of how to use the EHBL and EHSP) while some have been changed or deleted.

The TCPM is rapidly reaching the point when it can be released to public; the Admiralty Board along with Tactical Officer Dempsey is currently polishing the last details. The new manual shall be released along with a mail introducing all the major changes from the old one so that nobody can say that they did not notice something.

Putting this aside, my work as the Strategic Operations Officer is going slowly, but steadily. The past days have seen a big number of medals being awarded (full list below, in the Medals and Awards section). Unfortunately, I am a bit saddened that there are only a few uniforms uploaded to the database - currently merely 16 people have them, 6 of which are either Admiralty Board or Command Staff members. The Tempest's Tailoring Tool 2 (TTT2) is available at http://so.emperorshammer.org/TTT.zip while POV-Ray, the program REQUIRED to render the uniform can be found at http://www.povray.org. On a more positive note, I am happy to discover that in the past three weeks, my BSF folder was filled with 144 BSFed files. Good job pilots, keep'em flooding my inbox.
