Greetings pilots! Life Day is now within reach, and all of the fun and or seasonal furballs we may regret later. At least you'll always have us to come talk to! Right? Right??

The slight slowdown in activity is to be expected, but looking at the numbers we are still seeing a steady stream of activity in particular from LT KEBLAOMEGA and LT ElleOhh. Our good COL Jeron 'Obi' Darkonis Astoris has also been in the cockpit for the previous COO Saturday Shootout, which will be reflected in next weeks (or years) report!

THE NIGHT BEFORE LIFE DAY

Twas the night before Life Day, when all through the Hammer,

Not a mouse droid was stirring, nor a single sensor jammer;

The TIE fighters were hung in the hanger with care,

In hopes the Emperor's supply ships soon would be there;

--

The pilots were nestled all snug in their bunks,

Visions of commissary filling their trunks.

--

Phoenix in his kerchief, and Plif in his cap,

Had just settled down for a spice-induced nap;

--

When coming from the bar, there arose such clatter,

BE powered on to see what was the matter.

--

The commanders ran out, down the hall in a flash,

Alejandro and Highlander knocked each other out with a clash.

--

Genie entered first with Taygetta at his heels,

They both stopped at the sight of what seemed too good to be real.

--

Others piled in to see the magnificent sight,

Their faces aglow from thousands of lights.

--

And in the center of the room, the most exciting of all,

A fountain flowing with chaquila - over 3 meters tall!

Next to the fountain, the members of Beta Squad,

Beaming at the sight of those who were shocked and awed.

'Come Epsilon, Alpha, Delta & Lambda -

'Let's celebrate together,' said Xye - dressed like Santa!

• Hammer Holiday Puzzle: Black Ranger is here with a Life Day puzzle! Good luck though, I hear the competition is pretty rough (;)).

TIE Corps Competitions:

• Crossword Challenge: Solohan will create a crossword each month and announce it in the competitions channel. The first to submit their screenshot to him will win that month.

Be sure to check out all the running competitions. As Betas, to know the competitions you are eligible for, under 'Units Involved' it must be listed as 'Entire TC', 'ISD-II Hammer', 'Wing I' or 'Beta Squadron'.

Notable Events:

• Genie's 'Make a Wish' Stream: Genie regularly streaming, currently Age of Empires IV and maybe will stream Battle-Making in TF and XWA
• One Thicc Wookiee: So dummy thicc you might not hear the stream start. Worth a watch for that beautiful head of hair, though.
• LC Taygetta streams multiple games: Several hours spread over the week.
• Alejandro's Youtube Corner: A place where LC Alejandro regularly uploads videos of his activities with the modded XWA.
