A new month begins, the last month of the year. That means it's one month left until the close of the COO Star Wars Squadrons Challenge 2020. I'll be having the annual to-date standings posted in next report (reports will be coming in weekly on Friday nights now until my schedule change in mid-January). Tonight I sat down and went through the post-RTF combat ratings sheet that Vice Admiral Naiilo put together for me and submitted the medal recommendations for those pilots, which are awaiting approval. (See what happens when you go sober off the caffeine for a month after 16 years, Miles? Executive functions and long term planning works better) The Combat Rating system exists to award ongoing commitment to PvP and PvE/Co-Op play here in the TIE Corps. There are approximately five tiers at which medals are achieved in both ratings. Marksman 1st (PvP)/Private 1st (PvE) gets the pilot the Imperial Security Medal Officer 1st (PvP)/Gunner's Mate 1st (PvE) gets the pilot the Palpatine Crescent Veteran 1st (PvP)/Campaigner 1st (PvE) gets the pilot the Bronze Star of the Empire Ace 1st (PvP)/Master Ranger 1st (PvE) gets the pilot the Silver Star of the Empire Tan (PvP)/Top Ace Ranger (PvE) gets the pilot the Gold Star of the Empire And thus a special shoutout goes to Captain SkyShadow who attained Top Ace Ranger in the PvE Combat Ratings System! You are among giants such as Dempsey, Clark, Pete Mitchell, Silvius, Elwood The Brave and Earnim Branet! A well deserved Gold Star of the Empire is on its way to you, Captain. Tomorrow marks the return of the COO Saturday Shootouts, organised with a big amount of help from Vice Admiral Naiilo. This starts a series that will occur every Saturday starting at 6 PM US Eastern/11 PM GMT where pilots will get the opportunity to fire lasers at one another in the games that we support. Please note of course if you're scheduled for something like SCL or 3PO practice/matches, those events should take priority. The COO would like to thank Big Bail Organa's Cruisers for providing starfighters, wreck recovery craft and referees for the shootouts.

STANDING ORDERS Approval Criteria: At least 1 kill or 1 objective with a winning match. You may submit a 0 kill scoresheet so long as your scoreboard matches up accordingly. For Star Wars Squadrons you must have at a minimum 200 score to be considered productive. Custom missions must have a screenshot containing posted modifiers. Modifiers for Squadrons are to either be pre-checked with the COO/COOAs or conform to posted accepted presets (3PO League, etc.) Match reports must be made no more than 72 hours after completion unless special dispensation is given by the COO Star Conflict players must be a member of the EH corporation displaying our tags for credit.
