SUBJECT: Imperial Storm Turn 6 - BATTLE OF KAMMIA

The past 72 hours have seen a staggering number of submissions with just shy of 1,700 Legions earned by 40+ different TC members in addition to a number of Single Player submissions. First and foremost, well done to all involved as that is simply fantastic.

The Battle of Kammia took place between the Challenge (a force worth 17,690 points) and the Hammer (with a force worth just shy of 12,000 points) and the result was a win for the Challenge, but at what cost?

The Challenge scored 705 Legions and had an average SP score of 64%, this against the Hammer who scored 964 Legions and an average SP score of 76%. In the end though, the superior size of the Challenges fleet at Kammia told, with the complete loss of the Hammer force. However the smaller force of the Hammer wrought significant damage on the Challenge, destroying an equal number of capital vessels and several more squadrons than they lost.

The Hammer losses included 3 squadrons of Missile Boats, a pair of Strike Cruisers (Merciless & Immortal), a Interdictor (Malice) and a Star Destroyer (Rule Britannia).
The Challenge meanwhile lost 3 squadrons of A-Wings, 2 squadrons of X-Wings and another 2 squadrons of Y-Wings. In addition to this they lost the MC-80 cruiser Redemption, Strike Cruiser Hermes, Corellian Gunship Dempsey and the Modified Corvette Blizzard.

Turn 7 orders are due tonight and we will continue with the next turn being released tomorrow morning!
