Eagle Squadron weekly Dispatch

We have another new pilot joining us. Please welcome Sub-Lieutenant Xylo Pethtel, Drinks are on him, I look forward to flying together at some point. Sadly we had Four pilots Transfer to the reserves last week. I want to thank COL Tomax Drachen, Lieutenant Commander Shawn Erso, Lieutenant Commander Ryan Hawkins and Lieutenant Hiyama For their service to the empire and there contributions to Eagle. With Shawn gone this means I will be looking for a new flight leader. Flight leader positions are a good way to learn the ropes of command, if anyone is interested in leading a squadron someday consider applying. There are no formal duties, But I will be using the position to train future commanders and delegating tasks. All interested parties please email myself and cc xo graff. State briefly why you are interested in the position and what you would do to help make the squadron better. It does with out saying that this role has a time commitment in addition to normal duties, Only apply if you have the time to commit to it. Applications will be open for two weeks from when this report goes out (June 25th.)
Awards from last months MSE are pending they should be hitting your inboxes soon. Lastly, There is interest in forming teams for an SWS ladder competition. If people are interested and have the time let me know and I’ll try and work something out.
