ISD WARRIOR WEEKLY REPORT #20

REPORTING OFFICER: Rear Admiral Zekk Terrik
DATE SUBMITTED: May 24 2021

FROM THE DESK OF THE COMMODORE

Hi Warriors! It's been 20 reports already. Wow. I bet having me in charge feels like 20 years. It looks like we've all received the medals we've got coming to us, just in time for another round of MSEs to start up. Oh boy. I even got myself an IAR this week! Yay!

We're having less of a turnout than I expected for Riddles of the Jawa. I hope more people will participate this coming round other than our European members. ;)

Not a whole lot has gone down this week with Remob winding down, so let's keep pounding away at those tasks. Today is the last day! Good luck!

I have attached the third RotJ puzzle, and attached the second answer key. The answer to the bonus question was: no one, which CM SkyShadow would know if he'd read the question properly. ;)

WARRIOR ROSTER
  • The roster currently stands at 43 members as we continue to trim the fat and add some asskicking. Congratulations to CM Wodi Untok and CM SkyShadow on their promotions! You guys continue to honor the Warrior.
  • FLEET NEWS
    • Make sure you catch episode 9 of The TIE Pilot Podcast at this link, where GN Doyon and I chat with LCM fr0Zen of Rho Squadron to get a new guy's perspective on the TIE Corps and how he found us!
    • Keep an eye on the Discord for a surprise episode of TTPP #10. YOU may be on!
    • Led by COL Mordechi Wolfe of Sin Squadron, we have progressed to Phase II of Project Sovereign. MAJ Genie and COL Silwar have taken the lead in designing the Imperial Armory.
    • TIE Corps in Battle, May assignments are out, see below!
    • Squadron Remob competition has begun and runs until the end of May-ish. Sin and Theta are already done! Nice job guys!
    • TTT3 is live here!
    SHIP NEWS
    • I have had a couple of people reach out to me about being long-term interested in a CMDR spot. I want to encourage anyone who's interested, even if you've been a CMDR before, to reach out to me so we can begin the process.
    • I still can't find my shaving cream, and now my razor is missing.
    SHIP COMPETITIONS

  • Who, Are You?

Great questions! This is a fiction competition to explore your pilot. Where is your pilot from? What experiences have molded them into who they are? What brought them to the TIE Corps? Why do they keep flying for us?

The purpose of this comp is to write fiction that explores some of this stuff beyond just the basics of the INPR. This can be a timeline, a short story, a bio, a wiki page, etc.

Turn fiction into CPT Sparky. Must be 250 words to qualify. Winner will be rewarded to the most original entry.

Don't worry about grammar and punctuation - the purpose isn't to quiz your written english. Just have fun!

  • Riddles of the Jawa

Like every Jawa, LT WarperJawa of Sin speaks in riddles and virtually impossible to understand Galactic Basic. As a translation tool, he has provided the Commodore with a series of riddles and puzzles to be included in every ISD Warrior report.

Unfortunately, the Commodore is far, far too dumb to figure them out and needs the help of the pilots of Wing II to sort them out.

    ---

Every week, RA Zekk will include a new puzzle designed by LT WarperJawa in the Warrior report. The first pilot of Wing II to return a fully correct puzzle to me will receive 5 points, the second will receive 4 points, and the third will receive 3 points. Every entry after that will receive 1 point. You will also receive 1 point for answering the weekly bonus question correctly, and an IS-CR for every 4 entries regardless of where you placed. These will be determined by the timestamp on the email you send.

Starting this week, you may also spend one point and receive a hint! You may do this as many times as you want, but you will always receive a minimum of 1 point no matter how many points you spend.

Naturally, neither myself nor LT WarperJawa will be participating since we have the answers. ;)

    Current Standings for RotJ

    CM Skyshadow - 12

    GN Pickled Yoda - 5

    LCM Kazraran - 5

    CPT Aardvark - 3

    LCM Rachel Drakon - 1

This week's bonus question: What were Abeloth's 4 official titles and the one given to her?
