Introduction

Happy New Year!

Welcome to the first Gamma Report of 2013! I hope this year will be full of great achievements for all the TIE Corps, and that we finally retake Coruscant from those moisture farmers!

This report comprises a 2 week period I was on leave since Christmas. It is likely that the Monthly Squadron Evaluation will also be submitted today.

In my absence, I don’t think much has happened. However, I was glad to see pilot files still being submitted and some discussions over the mailing list, especially regarding Freeworlds, which is a game I enjoyed playing a few years ago.

23/12/2012 - Added return links for easy navigation on both Battle Center and Patch Archive listings at Dempsey's TC database.
23/12/2012 - Departed on LoA: family holidays. ETA: 28/12
28/12/2012 - Back from LoA. Resumed work on Dempsey's TC database by reviewing personal craft choices.
29/12/2012 - Finished reviewing all personal craft choices and their availability; also fixed some craft type abbreviations.
03/01/2013 - Modified table layout on BSF Process script for the TAC so long pilot/battle names won't break it.
03/01/2013 - Added admin. option to review (and delete as necessary) pending BSF submissions.
04/01/2013 - Also added option to review (and delete as necessary) pending MP matches reports along with their screenshots.
04/01/2013 - Modified recommend medal script for SuperAdmin to be able to recommend ALL medals like the FC on Dempsey's TC database.
04/01/2013 - Also modified admin. menu to clear medal recommendation access for COOAs (only LoCs and DFCs).
04/01/2013 - Added better spacing between ships/wings/squadrons entries on Banners page at TC database.
04/01/2013 - Added reference to TTT on uploading uniform script at TC database. Also added a much better explanation on its usage and download links for TTT and POV-Ray to Uniforms page.
04/01/2013 - Modified new competition submission script to restrict authority access to FM+. Also cleaned the code a bit.
04/01/2013 - Improved Dempsey's TC database automatic mailing system regarding the approval/denial of new competitions.
04/01/2013 - Modified the function used to get time differences on Dempsey's database for it to return them on years-months-days instead years-weeks-days. Also made it 'true epoch'.
05/01/2013 - Updated and fixed PHP scripts to add and process competitions for the DEAN; previously there was a bug preventing the processing of more than 1 competition at once.
05/01/2013 - Quick and nasty FM report to FL and CMDR.
