Wing Commander's announcements

Pilots of the ISD-II Challenge,

As you know, our ship sustained heavy damage during a recent altercation with as yet unknown forces. The trap to ensnare local pirate groups and wipe them out was successful, but it seems someone far more powerful than these pirates got wind of the plan and ambushed us. We've lost a number of good soldiers this past week, they will be missed. We are working hard to bring all squadrons back up to full strength, but this will take a bit of time. The Commodore is occupied with various tasks involving restoring this ship to full battle readiness and so has been unable to issue her weekly report. This report is an attempt to at least have something out.

I'm happy to announce that several of our pilots were awarded one of the new medals that have been brought into existence by the TCCS. Kudos to you all and may many more follow.

  • Iron Star with Copper Wings were awarded to COL Stryker, COL Ricaud, LCM Turel, CM TI-40026, COL NiksaVel, COL Marenta, COL Silwar Naiilo, CM Richlet, LCM EchoVII, LCM Wreckage, LCM Morgoth
  • Imperial Achievement Ribbon was awarded to COL NiksaVel, COL Marenta, LCM Wreckage, LC Phalk Sturm
  • other medals awarded: ISM (COL Blackheart, MAJ EvilGrin, LT Cody Lance), PC (LC Shadowclaw, GN La'an, COL NiksaVel, LCM WoofWolffe), BS (COL Ricaud, COL Marenta, CM TI-40026), SS (COL Stryker, COL Naiilo, GN Elwood)
  • promotions: SL AlienC, LT Wreckage, LT Honsou

    COL Naiilo was also awarded a rare Gold Star of the Empire for his work on Gonk. Nice job!

    I'm also happy to announce that for the first time in a long time, there are no more Sub-Lieutenants on this ship. Well done to those who were promoted since the COM's last report!
