The roster is down four since last time as we've lost a few more to AWOL and the Reserves than we've gained.

The 12th marked the beginning of my second year as TCCOM and the Fleet Commander saw fit to promote me to the rank of High Admiral. It's quite an honor and I'm looking forward to serving the TIE Corps as we venture towards the Unknown Regions and explore some new ways to maintain our piloting community.

Speaking of maintaining the community, I've awarded COL Silwar Naiilo the Gold Star of the Empire for his development and continued improvements to the gonk application, which pulls activity information from the database and formats it in a user-friendly way. It's pretty slick and I've used it myself to double-check some competition numbers. Main intent for the app is to pull activity stats for reports and monthly evaluations.

The Lambda-class Shuttle and Delta-class Escort Shuttle have been added as 'fighter' choices for Squadron (Re)Mobilization and the competition description has been updated to reflect that. I'm not sure it'd be hard to guess which squadron was interested in shuttles.

The Raise the Flag event each year confers three titles to recognize the top ship, squadron, and individual pilot from the competition. These are the current holders of those titles.

SP Ace of the TIE Corps is awarding the top three pilots on the SP Kill Board each month.

MP Ace of the TIE Corps is now awarding the top three pilots on the Multiplayer Kill Board for all the games other than Star Wars Squadrons, which has its own similar competition.

COOP Ace of the TIE Corps is awarding the top three pilots on the Multiplayer Coop Kill Board each month.

The Trivia Grand Tour is in its sixth season. I'm emailing the mailing list separately with updates as well as posting in #competitions on Discord.

DONE:

• #competitions in Discord is now a limited-posting channel
• Added a few more squadrons to https://tc.emperorshammer.org/aboutsq.php
• Revamped MP Ace of the TC 2021 to keep it from being redundant with the COO's Star Wars Challenge
• Submitted the IAR to the FC for approval and the IO for implementation

ONGOING:

• Greeting new cadets and performing onboarding tasks before assigning them to squadrons
• Processing transfers and other profile updates in the database
• Adding items to the news feed in the database
• TIE Corps Pilot Manual updates - Living document style instead of big revisions that take a while to come out
• Chatting with the IO about stuff we need or would like to see in the new database
• Learning to be a responsible database code collaborator from the IO, FA Turtle Jerrar (thanks!)
• Translating things discussed in officer meetings into proposals and changes
• Processing uniform updates

PENDING:

• Talking about a realignment for #hangar-chat, #pickup-games, and other related Discord channels
• Parsing RtF feedback to share with the leaders
• The Commodore Volume 7
• Thinking about a reformat for this, both to make it easier to compile and easier to read on devices other than computers
• Figuring out another solution for completing the evaluation feedback loop
• Proposal for this has gone out to the CMDRs
• Competition resource - what we've done before to serve as a pool of ideas for what we can do next
• Taking TM/3 (someday)
