INTRO
Pilots, using Gonk for the first time to help me build this report. Awesome tool. COL Silwar Naiilo is our hero. No exceptions. I think the new SW series will be something interesting to watch. Granted, we would like Bad Batch to be imperials but...as it was said on Discord, disney doesn't know how to handle their characters being bad guys. But we do! :D ReMob is in process. As you already know, we're required to meet a number of goals. I'll report here the goals and what would be my daily expectations starting now as soon as I submit this report. I hope you all do follow suit at least in part. Don't let your CMDR down on this fight for honor and glory! I'm redoing the XWA mod given the latest improvements on XWA. This time the mod will be based on XWAU instead of DSUCP. Will take me some time but I'll get to it. I've got the script for 5 battles now. Working on the rest. Scrivener is an awesome tool for this. I'll be chasing ghosts away from the unit following AWOL rules. As for activity. I've discussed a plan with your FLs. We'd like to gradually increase the ideal goals for activity here. For comms, replying to DM once a month would be enough for me. If we talk about non flight activity, anything should be fine -complete/update INPRs, upload uniforms, collaborate with wikia articles (ask me if you can't submit them), complete IUs or submit fiction/graphics or if you wnt to help me with the XWAU project, fine by me! About flight activity, I'd like you to aim for at least 1 monthly free mission on SP, 1 monthly LoS on PvE and 1 monthly LoC on PvP on your favorite platform. If you can do more then , you're more than welcome! Ranks. I think it's time for some of us to get promoted. I'm looking at you Vanessaira and Sygnetix. Its quite easy to be promoted to LT and about time you reach that rank my dear pilots. James, Hopfot, Hubington, Rist, Louis...I'd like you to become LCMs guys. Don't deny me the pleasure of recommending your promotions! If you're unsure what to do, contact me or your FLs (Pryde and Gustan) ReMob. Ok I'll be straight with this. Command has set a number of goals for each squadron. Complete 30x battles from Battle Center. Complete 10x battles from Battle Center with a score of at least 59.5% of the battle's high score. Complete 50 free missions from the Battle Center. Complete 25 free missions from the Battle Center with at least 59.5% of the high score. Set 5 new mission or battle high scores Submit 30 battle or mission reviews with at least 30 words each, must have completed the mission or battle within the lst 30 days Earn 100 Legions of Combat Earn 250 Legions of Skirmish In five separate SC/SWS matches, have at least one player that scores 15 or more player kills (LoC not required) Earn 10 LoCs with another EH member on the opposing team Earn 25 Legions of Combat with another EH member on your team Earn 25 Legions of Skirmish with nother EH member on your team Complete 15 IU courses Submit 4000 words of fiction divided into as many separate pieces as you'd like Personally, I think we should aim for our own set of goals: 20x daily LoS (10 with fellow squad mates) 10x daily LoCs (5 with squad mates and 5 against them. The unit wins eitherway) 1x daily battle w/50% HS 10x daily free missions w/ 50% HS Complete 1 IU course 400 words of fiction (if you're doing fiction) If we reach a daily set of goals, we can reach them in a decent amount of time. I'm not expecting to do this at 100%...this is like the optimistic goal. Say we'd be doing like 1%-10% of these but its worth trying if we can do an extra bit. (Just lets not fnish last on the competition, shall we? please please!) As I mentioned on Discord, I need to report your progress on IU courses so forward me your approval emails. CC me your fiction and your LoCs and LoS and whenever you make it to 15 player kills on SC or SWS! (and if you do, you have my honest congratulations) TIE Fighter Sequel/ImperialXWAU Project. I leave this as a changelog. I'll try to update the mod with the latest reeleases ASAP. #ChangelogImperialXWA 31-03-2021 1) Installed GoG XWA 2) From XWAU site (https://www.xwaupgrade.com/index.php) installed the following: 2.1) 2020 Mega Patch https://www.xwaupgrade.com/download/installers/XWAU2020.exe 2.2) Update 2.0 https://www.xwaupgrade.com/download/installers/XWAU2020update_v2.0.exe 3) Applied XwaExePatcher 1.0.25 3.1) Craft count per region from 96 to 192. 3.2) Sound format from 22050 Hz to 96000 Hz 3.3) Fix gun convergence to AI 3.4) Remove warhead count of 9 3.5) Replace laser count from 64 to 256 As for modding, if all works, on XvT we'd be playing the following flight plan: 1) TIE Campaign part I - Battles 1-7 - coop enabled 2) Default XvT/BoP missions - coop enabled 3) BoP campaign - coop enabled 4) TIE Campaign II: battles 8-13 - coop enabled 5) TC PvE - coop enabled missions and battles. Note: this would do a fine addition to the EHSP. I mean, enable the use of some of the custom craft the EHSP brings in. Plus, the 60 FPS patch and maybe the laser and bloom effects for XvT, not sure. But, I want to include the TIE campaign into it.This guy, Waylon , created a set of conversions from XW, TIE and XvT into XWA. I could adapt those into this version of XWA meanwhile ...until the TFTC is done. The XvT to XWA is a keeper tho. We could use those campaigns there. I mean, should be interesting to test them on DSUCP. So there will be a lot of PvE for us to do on XvT/BoP. For XWA I plan for us the following: 1) Converted TIE Campaign - Actually, I could just wait for TFTC, right? Then set them up as coop. 2) Converted XvT/BoP missions - coop enabled 3) Converted BoP campaign - coop enabled 4) (Possibly, need to talk to Yoda) converted XvT/BoP PvE enabled missions/battles - coop enabled 5) Storyline about us, the new canon and some events based on RL I wanted to propose on my fiction - coop enabled as well. Either way we'd have a lot of PvE activity and I'd like us to try PvP not just with the default craft but also with the custom ones. Also, whenver you have the time update not just your INPR but consider an article for your character on the wikia. I'd like very much for us to do this on a weekly basis once it is ready. Possibly friday or saturday, I'd locally record it and post the gameplay to keep a flight record of our deeds as a squadron.
