They called it 'ReMob'.

Exercise ReMobilisation 3 was a Corps-wide readiness initiative, to prove that the squadrons were ready for any task that awaited them, either academic or militaristic.

It was also the first time Stryker and the members of Firebird Squadron would be taking part in such an exercise on this scale - several were veterans of the previous year's 'Raise the Flag', but the squadron hadn't existed then. This was their opportinity to prove themselves, as they had during High Admiral Dempsey's miniaturised competition four months previously.

Be it on the battlefield in a historical simulation or against pilots from other squadrons, or in the classroom, Stryker knew his pilots would not let him down...
Firebird PatchSQUADRON NEWS Firebird Patch
The month is rapidly coming to a close! How is it nearly April already?! Get that last-minute activity in before the MSE window closes! We have two pilots who have done nothing this month and have not responded to communications; one final attempt will be made before they are sadly declared AWOL.

(Re)Mobilisation 3 is upon us, with plenty of shiny rewards for those who do well! Though we can't change our squadron name or trade our busted ships for something shiny from a New Republic arsenal just yet, I'd like to see a showing from every member of the squadron since this isn't about spamming activity; it's about focusing on what you're good at with the time you have to contribute.

Finally, something I had intended to award every month but life got on top of me:
Since joining the squadron, this pilot has earned Firebird's first High Scores and has organised and led his Chalquilla Cup team in a manner that demonstrates he would make a fantastic CMDR should he ever choose to take up that role again. It is my great privilege to award March's Echelon Guardian to:

We've hit the ground running with (Re)Mob 3; we have one challenge in the bag thanks to some luck from Colonels Ricaud, NiksaVel and myself. We're also nearly done with the IU and Fiction competitions, so we just need to start racking up the LoCs, LoSes and SP missions now!
