Welcome to the latest Rho report pilots,
I need to raise the issue of pilot inactivity. After Rho rose to the top of the fleet in RtF, we have seen a dramatic drop off in levels of activity. Not only in the cockpit, but on the comms also. I have been rather lenient in the fact that I get that a lot of us were burnt out from RtF, that was a rough campaign. But I do need to do my best for those in Rho who are active and over-all, keep the best interests in TC in mind.
March may see a few pilots be transferred to the Reserves or even AWOL's applied should the circumstances require it. I understand that real life gets in the way sometimes, I really do and I fall victim to it myself. But it really does not take much to check in with your squadron mates on Discord, or Telegram. There is no dishonour or ill will put forward to those that do require a transfer out. You will forever be welcome back in Rho, should you be able to find the time to join us fully again.
On a much lighter note, we had a good turn out to our inaugural Rho XvT co-op missions event. I was joined by LT fr0Zen, LCM Epicedion and CM Frenchie6 joined us briefly. It took a little bit of trial and error to get going, with some file renaming and moving, but Epicedion got us there in the end. We had an absolute blast, vaping rebels and dodging those infernal missiles capital ships like to send your way at times.
If you are lost for what games or activities to partake in, see below in the COMPETITIONS section. There are some great comps going on.
