ISD WARRIOR WEEKLY REPORT #1

REPORTING OFFICER: Rear Admiral Zekk Terrik
DATE SUBMITTED: January 10 2021

FROM THE DESK OF THE COMMODORE

Hey everyone! Welcome to my first ever report as Commodore of the ISD Warrior. I spent the first week working on evaluations and getting to know my CMDRs and pilots and trying to touch base with everyone. Standing were orders were given to CMDRs and expectations were communicated. Evaluations are complete and your shinies will be in the mail soon. I was already pretty familiar with Sin and Rho, but took the time to get to know everyone in Theta and Kappa as well. It's the dawn of a new era for the Warrior.

I had planned to have some competitions ready to go by my first report, but I need another week or two. We had some rules (guidelines?) thrown at us very last minute that put a big time cramp in a lot of plans that I had for you guys, so I will have to rework some things. Bear with me in the meantime.

I would really appreciate it if you guys would take the time to complete this short little survey for me. It's not long -- only 6 questions, not 5 as many of you were quick to point out ;) -- but will help me tremendously in how to plan things and to know what makes you tick. A lot of you have filled it out for me, but a lot of you have not too. Please don't make me find new ways to motivate you.

I would love to see our squadrons form a Chalquila Cup team. I know Rho already has at least one. The Hammer and Challenge haven't had the crap kicked out of them since September, so I'm worried they've forgotten what it was like already. I am willing to sub into any of my squadrons that can't find a third.

I added a bit of fiction to the report as an attachment, hope you guys enjoy!

The Kill Board statistics on the TIE Corps website are final. IS-GW/SW/BW for top 3 monthly, at the end of the year the top 4 pilots win IS-PW/GW/SW/BW. At the end of the month, the top three pilots will be determined and be given awards. In the case of a tie score, the determining factor is which pilot had the least deaths. If for some reason the kill and death counts are tied, then score will be the determining factor.

To encourage further participation, each winning pilot per month will be given a rating of 3 points at maximum, scalable to 2 or 1 if less than 3 pilots participate a month. The top three pilots at the end of the year will attain the annual awards.
