Welcome Thunder Pilots to this week's report!

As we all know the holidays are here and abound. So, I am not expecting a lot of activity from you pilots. That said with the new year soon upon us I am hoping and expecting activity levels to rise. There are lots of activities to choose from as there are competitions overflowing from various sources. If you can spare a few minutes, I would like you all to take a moment and send your flight leaders a quick note letting them know how you are and what your expectations are for the coming year. Flight leaders, I would like you to let me know how your flight is doing as a whole and what we can do to increase esprit de corps and activity in your flights. Let us see if we can set up the new year for success from the start.

Congratulations to LCM Kongo, CM Aval and LT Barbosa for their steadfast sense of duty and in return receive recognition in the form of Medals!

Thunder TIES on Tour
Every two weeks Maj Shadowclaw will select a TIE FREE mission from the compendium, pilots will then have two weeks to fly said mission with BSF submissions due by midnight of the end date of the round (GMT).
Top scorer for each round earns 3 points, 2nd place earns 2 points, and all other submissions earn a pilot 1 point.

5 points is worth a IS-BW, 10 points a IS-SW, 15 a IS-BW, 20 a IS-SW and so on.

Thunder Trivia
One trivia question every weekday - points awarded to all, and whoever has most points at the end of the week wins an IS-BR.
Every month, the highest scoring pilot wins an IS-SR, and every pilot with 40 points or more wins an extra IS-BR.
Additionally, there are incentive IS-BRs awarded at 50, 100, 250 and every further 250 points

Dempsey's Lascivious Lockdown Lunacy
Are you bored this December 31st because you can't go out and throw a huge party to celebrate New Year's? Then I have just what you need. A one-day crazy competition where you will be facing off against 50 images of 10 different subjects all mumbled randomly. The possibilities are endless. The medals are aplenty, as theoretically speaking, every single participant has the chance to win a medal in this one!
There's not one but Two-timed tests needed to make this competition. Go out there, get as many correct as you possibly can and start your 2021 off with a nice shiny Iron Star for your collection!
