The roster is up four from last time, a small wave of gains offset by a number of AWOLs from the November MSEs.

The big news this week was the opening of our thirteenth squadron, Eagle! Like Firebird, this is an infiltration squadron assigned to Wing X aboard the ISDII Challenge. Eagle is commanded by MAJ Talon Jade and has gaining pilots pretty quickly between transfers and incoming recruits. Eagle's in need of Flight Leaders as you might imagine a freshly-opened would be, contact MAJ Jade if you're interested.

It's not often we have a promotion to the rank of General, but just recently COL Hav Antiel was elevated to GN after years of consistent service to the TIE Corps. Excellent work, General!

The November evaluation process is coming to a close with a bevy of promotions and medals having been awarded over the last few days. Congratulations to all the recipients and we'll be back at it again soon for the December evaluation process.

The Raise the Flag event each year confers three titles to recognize the top ship, squadron, and individual pilot from the competition. These are the current holders of those titles.

Everyone's a Critic is in progress, keep submitting SP battle and mission reviews and we’ll talk about results after the end of the month.

TIE Corps in Battle has assignments for December, those are due at the end of the month. This round we have TIE-TC #119, XvT-TC #103, and XWA-TC #22.

A limited holiday run of the Trivia Grand Tour should appear in the next couple of days, I kinda wanted to do something different with the scoring but I think I'll stick with the original plan.

• COL Horus Blackheart transferred from Firebird Squadron to Eagle Squadron
• COL Tomax Drachen returned from the void, spent a few days in the Reserves, and then transferred into Eagle Squadron
• MAJ Talon Jade transferred from Firebird Squadron and is now the CMDR of Eagle Squadron
• CM Witcher is now a Flight Leader in Epsilon Squadron
• LT EchoVII transferred from Inferno Squadron to Tempest Squadron
• LT Ryan Hawkins transferred from Firebird Squadron to Eagle Squadron
• LT Sat Nav transferred from Tempest Squadron to the Reserves
• LT Shawn Erso returned from the Reserves and has been assigned to Eagle Squadron
• CT Cupcake completed his IWATS training and was assigned to Eagle Squadron as SL Cupcake
• CT Gaethje Maia completed his IWATS training and was assigned to Eagle Squadron as SL Gaethje Maia
• CT Gytheran completed his IWATS training and was assigned to Epsilon Squadron as SL Gytheran
• CT J Jonah Jameson completed his IWATS training and was assigned to Beta Squadron as SL J Jonah Jameson
• CT Mosey completed his IWATS training and was assigned to Eagle Squadron as SL Mosey
• CT Physics completed his IWATS training and was assigned to Lambda Squadron as SL Physics
• CT Scarlette completed her IWATS training and was assigned to Inferno Squadron as SL Scarlette

DONE:

• Ran a meeting for CMDR+ this past weekend
• Build a Discord announcements channel for Sin Squadron, other CMDRs are invited to let me know if they want an announcements channel for their squadrons
• Processed a few IU course completions that the SOO didn't receive the notifications for
• Worked through the appointment process for the next WarCOM, announcement pending
• Weighed in on a few November MSE questions, processed the recommended AWOLs
• Discord channel reorganization

ONGOING:

• Greeting new cadets and performing onboarding tasks before assigning them to squadrons
• Processing transfers and other profile updates in the database
• Running TIE Corps in Battle and Everyone's a Critic
• Posting news to the feed in the database (sometimes)
• TIE Corps Pilot Manual updates - Living document style, no big revisions that take a while to come out
• Well, no big revisions until there was a new visually-enhanced version to reverse engineer into Google Drive before I can continue making updates myself, of which there are a few pending
• Fleshing out the New Members Guide in the Wiki
• Chatting with the IO about stuff we need or would like to see in the new database
• Learning to be a responsible database code collaborator from the IO, AD Turtle Jerrar (thanks!)
• Translating things discussed in CMDR+ meetings into proposals and changes

IN PROGRESS:

• Re-evaluating support for Galactic Starfighter in SWTOR, Imperial Alliance, and Freeworlds
• IA and FW essentially decided
• SWTOR:GS less clear
• Parsing RtF feedback and share with the leaders
• Final phase of the WARD appointment process

• Figuring out another solution for completing the evaluation feedback loop
