In case you didn't know, Motive Studios released a patch in Star Wars Squadrons to play the TIE Defender and the B-Wing. That's your chance to fly a modern version of one our starfighters!

• FA Silvius, the Commodore of the Warrior, announced his resignation from his position on January 1st. FA Plif is taking applications until today! If you're interested, make it quick!
• If you're interested in fiction and graphics, two spots of WARD are opened right now. Wish to get one? Send an email to FA Plif!

• Not much in Beta this week! This is (hopefully) my last week at work before two weeks off. I plan to finalize the work on a fleet-wide competition and submit it officially to everyone.
• I'm also working on next year's Beta competitions, which I really need to put on 'paper'. I think it will be refreshing and nice to have multiple competitions on different levels.

Star Wars Squadrons competitions:

TIE Corps Space Superiority 2020

• The goal of this competition is to award activity in Star Wars Squadrons Dogfight Mode
• During every month pilots will submit notations of the highest number of kills from submitting pilots with screenshot proof by email to the COO Office akin to TIE Corps on the MP Front 2020.
• At the end of the month participants will be awarded 5, 4, 3, 2 or one point (minimum) based on their placing. If less than five pilots participate the maximum monthly points awarded will be reduced to match this number.
• At the end of the year these points will be added up, rewarding the highest scoring pilot with an IS-PW, runner-up with an IS-GW and third with an IS-BW.

This year, I will celebrate the Holidays from home, most likely 'Facetiming' with my girlfriend and her family, which will be a first. The government warned us that they will install checkpoints on a lot of roads and give a fine of $6000 to every person who isn't staying at their home.
