December is finally there, with it the end of a weird year. Good news overall for the TIE Corps, but less in real life, even though it wasn't as bad as a lot of people for me. In any case, December brings the end of many competitions. I'll take my days off at the end of the month to get new ideas for new competitions in 2021, as well as finishing some projects I have in mind too!

• TIE Pilot Podcast #6 is there! CM Jack Wynand, LCM Frenchie6 and CM Bai'et Decol are discussing Star Wars Squadrons first impressions, strategy and tactics

• November's Monthly Squadron Evaluation is completed, and I'm waiting for a few more evaluations before submitting the awards to our pilots. Some of us will leave Beta unfortunately, but this means more recruits can join later!
• October's Medal of Communication have been awarded earlier this week. Congrats to all winners!

Star Wars Squadrons competitions:

TIE Corps Space Superiority 2020

• The goal of this competition is to award activity in Star Wars Squadrons Dogfight Mode
• During every month pilots will submit notations of the highest number of kills from submitting pilots with screenshot proof by email to the COO Office akin to TIE Corps on the MP Front 2020.
• At the end of the month participants will be awarded 5, 4, 3, 2 or one point (minimum) based on their placing. If less than five pilots participate the maximum monthly points awarded will be reduced to match this number.
• At the end of the year these points will be added up, rewarding the highest scoring pilot with an IS-PW, runner-up with an IS-GW and third with an IS-BW.

After a pretty silent and calm November, I plan to do extra work on some stuff for the TIE Corps and for Beta too. Hopefully I'll have time to do everything, but it should be fine. New competitions for the squad, getting to know everyone and create exciting stuff for the TIE Corps, that's a heavy order but I want to get things moving!
